My father in law had an issue. His old lift chair was broken and his assisted living threatened to throw him out the very next day if he couldn’t get out of his chair. This was on a Saturday afternoon and we thought we had no chance of getting one by Sunday, especially since we’re in VA. I spoke to Roger at 2pm and he went through the options. We selected a chair and it was delivered by Saturday evening, saving the day. We are deeply appreciative of the support we received. I can’t recommend them enough.Review from LINDA C

EXCELLENT FURNITURE AMERICAN MADE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SECOND TO NONE.. WE JUST BOUGHT A SOFA AND RECLINER FROM TOWN AND COUNTRY.. IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO A TIME WHEN THINGS WERE SIMPLER, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT QUALITY AND YOU..SHOP AT TOWN AND COUNTRY. I PAID ONLY 100 DOLLARS MORE FOR A BEAUTIFUL CUSTOM MADE RECLINER THAN I WOULD HAVE PAID AT THE BIG OVERSEAS FURNITURE OUTLETS HERE. BEING CUSTOM MADE THERE IS A WAIT TIME SIMPY BECAUSE THE PIECE OF FURNITURE YOU ORDER IS HAND MADE TO ORDER.. THE DELIVERY WAS FREE TO MY ZIP. THEY DELIVERED MY COUCH FIRST AND THEN RECLINER WHEN THAT CAME IN.. BOTH TIMES THEY WERE PRECISE WITH TIME AND CALLED ME WITH AN EXACT TIME THEY WOULD BE AT THE HOUSE. OUR SOFA WAS MADE IN NC. IT HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON FRAME AND SPRINGS. IMAGINE...YOU PICK OUT THE STYLE, MATERIAL, EVEN LEGS, AND EVERYTHING IS GREAT AND ALSO AMERICAN MADE. I WOULD SUGGEST ANYONE WHO WANTS QUALITY THAT WILL LAST, AND UNSURPASSED CUSTOMER SERVICE, TRY TOWN AND COUNTRY FURNITURE IN HAMBURG NY. JUST GO AND LOOK AROUND IF YOU ARE CURIOUS..YOU WON'T BE SORRY, ALSO THE SITE IS WONDERFUL TOO...
