  On July 8, 2024 I met a representative of Timeless Body for a consult regarding a "laser facial", with a promise of a complementary hydro facial. During the consult I agreed to a comprehensive Laser skin and hair treatment Called *** at a price of $8000.00. I underwent a laser facial administered by a tech using a YAG laser. I was told I would get red and have minor discomfort. Within a few hours and overnight I sustained severe facial pain, swelling, burning and welting! I called Timeless Body and after several attempts I spoke with *****. I explained my situation and explained I was advised by a medical professional that I should not continue with that laser treatment as it could cause my sensitive skin permanent scarring ( I have a copy of said document). ***** suggested that I should continue anyway and I explained that I was following professional advice and I wanted a refund /credit for the remaining * treatments I was to undergo but medically could not continue with. He became angry and said I would not get a refund. A few days later I called a ****** (owner) and explained my situation. He cursed me and yelled at me and hung up the phone on me!I disputed the transaction with my Credit Card issuer ******* and waited for a resolution. My Bank explained that Timeless Body presented them a response claiming that I signed a Non-refundable, no cancellation agreement - I Did Not Sign that agreement!! It clearly appears to be scanned from a separate document. Moreover, the merchant also claimed in their response that I agreed to pay $8000.00 for the one single facial and the additional 8 treatments were going to be complimentary.This is serious breach of fair business practice and appears to have criminal implications. My credit issuer is advising me on ways to re-open this dispute with the merchant. I have filed a complaint with ******** Attorney General and am prepared to file a legal challenge in the appropriate court regarding this incident.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

   

   The business is clearly lying as I purchased 2 separate packages, one at a cost of two thousand dollars and one at six thousand dollars.

  I got one single facial and had a severe reaction which is why I called to cancel and get a refund. The idea that one single facial can cost Eight Thousand dollars is absurd and incredible!

  This is a very unscrupulous and unethical practice. I do not accept this response as it is clearly false!
