    I had an event on 10/5-10/6 and spent ***** dollars on trophys. The shipment came in late saturday and never showed up sunday. i have contacted the business to get a refund for the inconvenience. They told me they are not responsible for shipping no where on this website says any policy on shipping. I lost 500 dollars due to not having these trophies. I was tracking this shipping and it said it was going to get delivered on time and it didnt. when i called the company they offered me 20 dollars I lost wayyyyy more.

    I set up an order worth over $300 bucks for trophys for cub scouts pinewood derby awards. 3 of the trophys came without the plaques even tho I had engravings written out for them. On of those 3 had missing coloring on the columns. Contacted the company about it and have gotten the run around since. Even my pack master has called and now shes getting the run around. All we wanted was a replacement trophy for the damage on the one and our plaques we had engraved for the trophys. No one seems to know what we are talking about even though Ive sent pictures and PROOF that we had these options. ******** customer support.

    I have been asking for years to not be sent solicitation emails by Crown Awards. I have been assured I would not receive any more emails, but they keep coming. I won't click on any "unsubscribe" link since I never agreed to receive solicitation emails in the first place, and because those links can be used for phishing as they are easily spoofed.

    I ordered awards for a middle school wrestling banquet on the morning of 3/13/23 and was sent a confirmation email that they would ship on the same day (3/13) and arrive by 3/15/23. I called today to inquire about the status of the order, and they stated that the awards have not shipped yet and were scheduled to arrive Friday 3/17/23. My awards banquet is on 3/16/23 and that would be too late, I have over 150 people attending this banquet. I have used this company several times in the past and never had any issues. When I called and spoke to a representative today, they stated that the awards would arrive Friday and the only way I could get them by tomorrow is if I paid an extra $118 in shipping. They claimed that they called me on 3/13 to tell me part of my order was out of stock. I did receive a call from a number (that I later researched to be Crown Awards) however the voicemail they left simply stated "hello? Is anyone there? Is anyone there?" The voicemail did not identify themselves as Crown Awards, nor did they state there was an issue with my order. I have the voicemail saved. I told the representative that I was guaranteed the order would ship on 3/13 - they sent an email stating this very clearly. They told me they would call me back later in the day and asked when a good time was. I told them anytime after 3:00pm, since I am a teacher and have class until then. The representative agreed to that. I then received a call at 2:14pm from them, and in fear that I wouldn't be able to reach them later, I had to step out of my class and take the phone call. The awards did arrive on 3/16, however, it was too late and I did not have them available for the banquet as promised. I would like contact from this business, preferably management, to resolve this issue. Thank you

    I ordered nine awards from Crown Awards and Trophies. I set up the design, paid the price, and awaited the approvals. I failed to look at every word on the award and noticed issues. When I noticed the challenge, it was too late to change it, according to the Sales Rep on Saturday night. The Rep informed me that I could return the incorrectly worded awards for a 30% re-stock fee, and I could re-order, and they would all go out simultaneously. I agreed, with the understanding I would receive 70% of what I paid for the erroneous awards. I paid the amount he quoted of $260.82, and the deal was done. He then called me back and told me he was wrong, and the awards were non-refundable, so I would not be able to return them. Dejected, I said ok. At that point, the additional awards were paid in full and ready to go out. I reviewed the 2nd proof, approved them, and all was fine. I happened to look at my bank account and noticed an additional payment deducted of $42.12 without my consent and authorization nor indication from the company that they were doing it. When I reached out to the company they tried to tell me it was shipped then it was for the additional engraving. My receipt said it was PAID IN FULL so I do not believe their error is my error. They had already made an error by telling me I could have a portion of my payment returned and it was not until AFTER I paid the 2nd time that I was called back and informed I could not. This is unacceptable and when I reached out to the company her only response was I am sorry. IT IS ILLEGAL TO DEDUCT FUNDS WITHOUT THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE CARDHOLDER. I want my money back that they stole from my account.

    I asked for account number ******** be closed and all marketing and communication be stopped from this company to me, but they do not comply with my request and continue to contact me and send marketing, sale and information to me via email and phone. *****, supervisor customer service and Mom, Manager of Operations. *********, **. said they were going to close account #******** and has failed to do this on the past two times I called. I have asked that the account and my email be closed and I stop receiving contact from this company but they continue to contact, mail and call me. I want it stopped and they refuse to close account and stop communication with me. They will not close the account and stop email and phone marketing me at all.
