            I went online to what I thought was a reputable retailer to buy a ***************** copy of the ** series, House of Dragons.I made the purchase with my PayPal account for $9.99 and shortly thereafter I received an email with a link to a persons individual *** (mobile application) account to view the entire series through this application. I created an account and accessed the series through the hyperlink to confirm that it was the ** series; however, this is not a legitimate transaction or digital copy to own. ( I have never received the Blu-*** Discs that were to be shipped to me; which is irrelevant for me at this point.)From what I understand as of researching this today, the act of sharing a digital copy of a copyrighted program is illegal based upon the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.I have deleted my *** account and all of the content therein. I wanted to report this Seller as they continue to have this package available for sale on their website as of today - 2/16/2024.

            August 9th went onto the website to order what I thought was a Evil Dead Rise 2023 and Scream VI .The page for the item only had a picture of the ***'s. The item description did not provide further information about the item. I thought I was getting the *** that was shown on the website. I received an email confirming the purchase. The email had a link to a digital download. I contacted the seller to ask about the items. I provided the purchase information of the items in question. The seller informed me that I had purchased a digital download. He then went on to explain ways I could use this download .I double checked the website to make sure that I did not miss something. There was no description listed on the page for the item I purchased. I'm reading another review that said the same thing. This seller is misleading people when they could just write a description of what the buyer is ACTUALLY getting . I just want a refund . As the person I bought the items for is not able to do the digital download or use them in the ways suggested. They want physical copies .

            I went onto the website to order what I thought was a blue-ray of Shazam: Fury of the Gods. The page for the item only had a picture of a blue-ray box. The item description did not provide further information about the item. I thought I was getting the blue-ray that was shown on the website. I received an email confirming the purchase. The email had a link to a digital download. I contacted the seller to ask about said item. I provided the purchase information of the item in question. The seller informed me that I had purchased a digital download. I double checked the website to make sure that I did not miss something. There was no description listed on the page for the item I purchased. Here is the link of the page I am referring to ************************************************************************ contacted the seller again to report that. I had not opened the download link that was provided to me. I requested a refund for my purchase. The seller said they would reimburse me for a previous purchase but not this one.
