    To whom it may concern. I am wanting to register an official complaint regarding products purchased through your New Your devision. On October 23rd 2023 I purchased parts to be shipped to me in ********* and was told the engine was in the warehouse ready to be sent, but was waiting on a full engine gasket set that was on back order. I asked for the engine to be shipped straight away and the gasket kit to be sent straight to me in ********* when it arrived. Because I had already paid two separate freight costs. I was informed they would do that straight away. I still hadnt received any tracking information four weeks later and contacted mopar NY again. Only to be told it was still sitting in the warehouse. I was assured it would be sent straight away. After hearing nothing for another four weeks I contacted mopar NY again. It was still sitting in the warehouse and the gasket kit was there and they would be sent together. This is two months later around the 23rd of December 2023. I then questioned why I was being charged double shipping when it was being sent as one.No reply. I then tried to contact customer care to address the problems and was directed to a website in ******. After another four weeks of frustration and dozens of emails being ignored and led up the garden path to no avail. I have been informed there is no where I can send an email, to address my frustration. I find that hard to believe in this day and age. If this is the best service Mopar can provide, it is totally unacceptable.

    Terrible business, not correct shipping date estimate. Shipped item more than half month late, I communicated that no longer needed due to late delivery but was told to wait until arrive. Then when item arrive company link to no return policy of electronic part... I was so dumbfounded and felt stupid. I could have refuse delivery.

    Part didn't match description. I had to pay alot for shipping on a small item. No return label offered. I had to spend my own dime on the return. I hope I get my money back.

    Horrible experience. Ordered LED headlights for my Jeep was not told at time of order they were on backorder sent emails and got no response for weeks. Filed a dispute. Shortly after they contacted me to tell me they were on backorder so I informed them I'd like to keep my order. Two weeks later via email they sent me an email stating they made a mistake on their end and canceled my order and I should receive my refund in 2-3 business days. Contacted them again after I never received a refund was told to wait **** days and contact my bank. 6 months later I never received the lights and never received my refund. I'm out $1200.00 horrible communication and continue to give me the run around after I've sent numerous documentations from my bank stating they have my money. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES.
