    Horrible experience. I went there to have my sunroof fixed that was covered under warranty. The first time I waited hours and they didnt have the product to fix it so I went home. The second time I waited for hours and they sent me home again saying they had the product but it was for the wrong car model and promised a car wash in return for the dilemma which was never done. The third time I came in waited with my 7 year old again for the third time for hours and they said they couldnt get it done that it would be a 2-3 day job which no one communicated in the beginning. They gave me a loaner car and never followed up. I called multiple times for supervisor who never called me back. Finally after 11 days they called to tell me an update which was that they didnt even start the car yet. I called corporate and told them just to give me my car back at this point. They dropped it off that night and now I wasted time, gas, mileage, and didnt even get it done. I verbalized I could only get this done over the summer with my busy schedule. No one cared or made me a priority probably because it was covered under warranty. I feel discriminated against, taken advantage of, and couldnt even be treated with human decency of being communicated with or having the job done. Everyone barely apologized and just seemed annoyed. Never experienced such a bad customer service in my life. I have no time to get this done and they could care less just dropped the car off with nothing accomplished and didnt offer to accommodate me with anything.

    we are in the process of selling our car to them and although we got a number/offer in writing upon inspection. They will not honor it. The made me sign a form stating that it has to be up on a lift and are falsely claiming that there are multiple leaks one form powertrain in particular. The car just had ball bearings replaced less than 3 weeks ago. It has been serviced by the same mechanic for years and this mechanic stated that there were no leaks at all. He certainly would have mentioned it and subsequently fixed them. Its very uncommon for a mechanic not to try and point out issues that need to be fixed as that is his business. I would never deal with this Madza dealership as they are not in any way true to their word. I would have chosen zero stars, but apparently that is not an option.

    My experience with Garden City Mazda was extremely poor.I came in with brake issues and was told that my rear brakes needed service. I was priced eight hundred dollars for the service. I took my car to another service shop and it was discovered that my front brake, not the rear brakes needed service.We went back to Garden City Mazda and the service manager didn't want to take responsibility for the mistake or issue and stood by the technician. I even had photo evidence outlining the rear brakes vs the front.Garden City Mazda tried to commit a scam with my car. They tried to get me to fix my rear brakes, even though the front brakes needed the service. I would have made close to two thousand dollars to fully fix my car.Please be aware of the scams at Garden City Mazda. Don't be fooled by a new building and new owners. They are robbing the community.
