On 6/23/22 my car became disabled on i-90 in New York and I was forced to call Kidd's because they are contracted to that stretch of 90. They dropped my car off rhe tow bed and into the guard rail, causing significant damage to the rear driver side. They claimed fault on the police report but it has been over 3 months and they are refusing to provide any insurance information or communicate with my insurance company. I have reached out to them as well, and the owner, Chris, became extremely aggressive and began yelling to the point where I wasn't able to say a word in response. My insurance company cannot locate his policy or get ahold of him or anyone from the company. The driver also talked about doing cocaine and drinking on the ride home that they charged us $700 for after dropping my car. We had no choice but to pay because there was no other company allowed by the state to tow us.

Here is a copy of both the accident form and bill from Kidd's that proves they provided me with service on 6/23/22. My previous message only contained the accident form.

Sept. 8th is when  I submitted to the agent. AS ADVISED BY AGENT. Agent sent everything to the insurance claim dept.  And claims dept reached to me for Info in October.   I don't have any further I can give. Like I sad as far as we are concerned the matter is closed.   Never should have been to your entity.    Our supervisors at nys thruway are in the loop and aware. They have the claim number as well.   In retrospect.  We are considering slander lawsuit against the other party for allegations made against us.
