They are technically incompetent and a very unprofessional shop! They installed a remote start module in my car on November 16th. When I picked it up I noticed the ** was stuck on max heat regardless of the temperature setting. I returned it to Tint World and they told me the issue was unrelated to the remote start they had just installed. I asked them to uninstall the remote start. When I picked it up the blind spot monitoring system and the automatic lights were now malfunctioning and the ** still not working. At this point I had paid them to install AND uninstalled the product.I took the car to a local ***** dealership who confirmed all 3 problems were related to the remote start: 1. Multiple ground wires were cut and left exposed. These exposed wires came in contact with the ** amplifier power source causing a short. 2. The wire that goes to the automatic light sensor was cut. 3. The button that controls the blind spot monitoring system was damaged after that panel had to be removed for the install. I submitted a detailed report to **** *****, the manager at Tint World of Huntington. Despite clear evidence they refuse to refund me for any of the damage they caused to my vehicle. The staff here are technically incompetent and very unprofessional. I demand that they take responsibility for the damage they caused and I will be taking legal action against them.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Tint World regarding the poor installation of window tints on my brand-new 2024 ***** CRV, particularly concerning the front windshield. I paid to have all the windows on my vehicle tinted, and while the tints on the other windows were installed satisfactorily, the front windshield has significant issues. On the day of the service, I noticed the poor installation of the front windshield tint and mentioned it to ****. I was assured that the tint simply needed time to cure, which was estimated to be approximately two weeks. However, after the curing period, the issues did not resolve. I observed that certain areas of the windshield had dashes and obstructions that impaired my view while driving, which is a significant safety concern. On June 25, 2024, I contacted Tint World and spoke with ****, explaining the issues with the windshield tint. **** suggested that I bring my vehicle in for a closer inspection. On June 29, 2024, I drove 90 minutes from my home to their location, only to be informed that dust had been trapped between the glass and the tint during installation. **** stated that this was a common issue reported by other customers and that the company had already incurred losses by reinstalling windshields with similar problems. Consequently, he refused to reinstall the tint on my vehicle.I am requesting Tint World to stand behind their work by either correctly replacing the tint on my windshield or removing it and refunding the amount paid for that portion of the work. I believe it is reasonable to expect a satisfactory installation without obstructions that compromise my safety while driving.I hope the Better Business Bureau can assist in resolving this matter promptly and ensuring that Tint World honors its commitment to quality service.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
