    Picked up 2024 MDX from Acura of Huntington on Friday, 3/1, (today is Sunday). The *** had 2500 miles on it and the sales person, ***, said that it was used by the Sales Manager or Service Manager for a few months which is common. The car was the color and options, Advanced package, that I was looking for so figured may as well save a few thousand dollars. I test drove the car and gave it a good look over and took it home (I live about 10 miles from the dealer). Saturday, 3/2, it poured all day so I left it in the garage. Today, Sunday, I pulled it out of the garage to go for a ride.I walked around the car and noticed swirl marks embedded into the clear coat on the hood, and passenger side rear door, and both shiny black trim pieces between the side door windows. I looked closer around the car and saw a 3 inch long scratch on the passenger side mirror. It was more of a ***** as it is about 1/16 wide and deep down to the metal. Most likely made as someone pulled alongside a concrete wall.I thought about it for a long while and called the salesman I worked with, ***, and let him know what I found and said that I am hoping that he makes this easy on me and let me return the car and I will purchase the same car brand new, same color and options. No good he said. That it is already registered and paperwork done and it depreciated once it left the dealership.I will give the Acura US office a call tomorrow morning first thing and see if I have any options. I know that I am completely responsible for not seeing the swirl marks in the clearcoat when I picked it up, and not seeing the scratch on the sideview mirror otherwise I never would have left with it. In my defense, I did not expect either even though it had 2500 miles on it. Not from a major dealership. Not for $65k. My opinion is that they are glad to have it off their lot. I will update this post with pics and what the customer relations office says.

    "Warning: Stay far away from Huntington Acura this dealership is a disgrace, more like a den of scammers than an actual service center. My recent experience with them was beyond awful. I brought my 2019 MDX in for a recall related to a necessary software update, and what a mistake that turned out to be.After their so-called 'repair,' my car's engine check light mysteriously appeared. Strangely, I distinctly remembered having no issues before entrusting my vehicle to this dealership. The check engine light only surfaced after they completed the 'repair,' which, mind you, was just a simple software update. When I raised the concern, they nonchalantly asked me to come back for another appointment and have the audacity to charge a diagnostic fee of $239 per hour.My car, with only ****** miles and running perfectly fine before their so-called 'repair,' was suddenly plagued with issues. Their excuse? Sometimes these things happen during software updates a feeble and nonsensical explanation. Only after I complained did they agree to fix the problem they created.My overall experience at this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and deceptive. I left feeling not only disappointed but extremely frustrated with the entire ordeal.As if that wasn't enough, when I tried to discuss the matter with the *** his response was shockingly unprofessional. He actually yelled at me to 'GET OUT! GET OUT!' This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a leadership position. It further emphasizes the lack of integrity and customer service at this establishment.My next course of action is to escalate this matter to Acura HQ. This dealership's deceptive and fraudulent practices should not go unnoticed. Save yourself the headache avoid Huntington Acura at all costs."

I understand that our service team was trying to work with you and rectify the issues you were having but you became combative and starting using profane language towards our employees which is why our General Manager asked you to leave.We would be more than happy to work with you on the service needs for your MDX.
