    I went to the establishments to purchase hair bundles ******* sold me the wrong color way to ******* the next day, and I went away for almost a week. I came in two days passed a seven day return policy even though I called the day I realize they sold me the wrong product and she told me it was OK with you to call me names and throw my product at me and yell racial slurs I didnt even ask for my money back. I feel like this establishment should be reprimanded. ******* assaulted me on 7/28 @ 349 pm

    on 04/17/2023 an employee came up to me and stood and watched as I was Shopping. he then proceeded to tell me that an employee saw me on camera stealing oil which cost 4 dollars. Now this is a store I shop at on occasion and when I shop there I purchase expensive quality products for my hair. I would never put cheap oil in my hair. I was disgusted, I even told the guy I would never steal and that day I had a small purse so where I hold my wallet etc. there is no space for stolen goods. I even interact with the employees, not showing suspicious behavior. I am totally and entirely disgusted with this organization and they showed no remorse. I then wrote a police report. I have not proceeded with pressing charges since then they have not allowed me in the store when I am entirely innocent.

    This location closes before its time stated it closes. I have traveled here hoping to get an item and was surprised to have a locked door. A man waved his hand and told me no. It was 6:40pm. They have hours listed for 7:00pm. I then begged saying I only needed one item and I was still told no. They do not follow their hourly listing.

    on 2/11/23 i purchased a product and it was incorrect so i went back for a refund the next day, the lady told me heres a credit and were gunna get the correct product in stock in a few days then you can use that for the new item. So i return in a few days only to be told that they dont sell the product i need and im very upset and asked for a refund and the lady told me no.she was very rude and argued with me. my main purpose was for this one item not anything else in that place so i would like my money back. return info 2/12/23 at 2:05pm cashier ; pm beauty manager

    I am requesting store to honor their store policy for an exchange or store credit for item I purchased on 12/24/2022 and attempted to return it for an exchange on 12/29/2022. The store manager/owner stated no exchange on final sales (which purchase is "not" a final sale).

    This company charges all customers a fee to use debit card. WHICH IS ILLEGAL IN **************. Several customers have complained about these tactics and nothing has been done, please help us!
