    I went into this KIA ********** on 8/3/22. I went in hope to be helped to exchange my old vehicle. That night the representative that helped me (******) took all my information that he needed to run my credit etc. After hours of waiting, they couldn't give me details on what was going on, all he kept saying was they waiting to find a bank to approve me. Still after almost 5 hours waiting they couldn't tell us what vehicle we were getting. The financial advisor ***** had me sign papers, and also told me that I had bumper to bumper insurance that it was included on the price of the vehicle. Which came to find out that was a lie, that was an extra $4,000 added to the price of the vehicle. Next day when I went into dealer to get the car the vehicle they gave me i did not like. The vehicle its way TOO SMALL for my family of 6. I express to them I dont like the vehicle because it was too small. He told me dont worry about it come back tomorrow and lets see what we can do. I went the next day to get issue resolved then he tells me theres nothing he can do because I already took the car of the lot. Of course because he told me don't worry about it come back tomorrow so I can help you now all they can tell me is that they can not help me. Because I am a woman they took advantage of me for not been knowledgeable of how these things works. I express to the General Manager about the $4000 insurance to be removed and he is telling me that they cant do it. I contacted the bank to file a complaint, I called KIA ************ to file a complaint. I spoken to over 30 people in the course of 4 days trying to get this issue resolve and everybody points me back to the **********, and the ********** DOES NOT WANT TO HELP ME OR DO ANYTHING. They are forcing me to pay for a vehicle that is not reliable for me and my family. They forcing me to pay for a $4000 insurance I DID NOT REQUEST, they added that extra to the bill. I need to return or exchange the vehicle. That ********** are THIEFS
