  I purchased a bath and shower seat from the store in question which was yesterday June 27, 2024 this morning today at approximately 1030 June 28, 2024. I called the store to find out about the return policy. The receipt does not give a policy on returns. The person I spoke with said her name is *****. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She would not let me get my point across, and she gave me an excuse that I cannot return the chair because the manager isnt there so I asked when the manager will be back she says shes on vacation. She doesnt know, so I called back again and she hung up on me. Tell me the manager will be there Monday. I am clearly being giving the runaround they do not want to refund the chair because it is over $50. This is fraud. This is a scam and they need to be looked into. Please keep in mind I was hung up on by two different employees. I was never rude to them. I simply wanted to know why I had to wait until a manager comes to return a chair that a manager did not help me pay for so it is an excuse, not that my grandmother is 80 years old and its the wrong type of chair and we need to go get a different one from a different place and now we cant because the money that she has for is tied up in that chair and theyre telling her that she cant return it because the manager isnt there so I asked ***** who open the store she says the people in the pharmacy did but theres no one there in charge, which is impossible. Someone has to be in charge.
