    Service has deteriorated tremendously after using them for years. I will never order through them again. Not only did they not deliver the order on time but customer service and communication was a disaster. Status was contradicted multiple times and after 5 phone calls and additional chat agent attempts, no delivery was made. I have lost all confidence in this service and requested a full refund. This is completely unacceptable. I hope I receive the refund as they said I would.

    Never in my life have I experienced such unreliable and dysfunctional business practices. I called to check on the status of my order numerous times and continued to be misled. I order flowers to be delivered the next day, but still no delivery after 3 days. This is unacceptable and deceitful to paying customers. This company does not stand up to their model and mission statement. I was very disappointed, not to mention dissatisfied with my experience. Each time that I called I got the run around and was told that I should receive my delivery the next day. Three days have gone by and still no delivery. I received an email stating that my delivery was completed which was indeed false. I called back and was told that there would be a replacement delivery. Each representative continued to say that they were "so sorry" but never delivered. I do not understand this type of business and reasoning of offering a service that cannot be fulfilled by the merchant. This is a poor service that I will never use again. I spent too much of my valuable time and effort into trying to have this made right. Not only is this business misrepresenting but also despicable service to customers.

    ******** customer service. We had a flower delivery expected for February 7, 2025. I receive an email whose caption reads delivered. Then below says attempted delivery. I then contacted the family that the delivery was supposed to be for, they have been home all day and they hada ring camera. No one attempted delivery! Then the company tries to tell me that it was delayed because of weather. Its in the upper 70s here in the ***********************, ******* area with not a cloud in the sky. There is no reason for a weather delay. They refunded me the cost of the delivery and gave me a $15 credit Towards a future order. I told them we will not be ordering from you again therefore that $15 credit is irrelevant. I then asked forthat $15 to be refunded to our card at which they refused..

    Last month I ordered flowers for someone for Christmas. Received confirmation it was delivered, but the recipient never received. Redelivery was after Christmas, a total disappointment.Ordered flowers for a FUNERAL to be delivered this past Saturday. They were delivered after the funeral took place. Order clearly stated start time was 1pm. First CS ***** couldn't determine if they were delivered or not when I called at 4pm. Second ***** couldn't understand why I was so upset that the flowers were delivered 3 hours late. I am absolutely mortified that this has happened and livid that this is the second major delivery issue in less than a month. And all I got was a half hearted "we're sorry that happened," which is completely unacceptable. 1st option given: we will tell the family it's not your fault, but they can pick them up from the funeral home.2nd option given: deliver to their home tomorrow. Oh, but wait, can't be delivered on a Sunday. And honestly, who would want a HUGE funeral arrangement in their home.Option 3: will try to find something similar. I do not want a funeral wreath delivered to someone's home.Asked for a full refund. Was offered a $15 savings pass for a $170 arrangement, then a partial refund. Demanded a full refund, which was provided.I'm appalled by the lack of accountability and the total disregard for timing and service. This situation is beyond frustrating and inexcusable.

    Beware Ordering from 1800flowers.com I ordered flowers from 1800flowers.com for a grieving family, and unfortunately, the delivery was wrong. Despite calling and complaining, they redelivered, but the order was incorrect again. They offered a partial refund of only 50% of what I paid, and a $15 credit, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. The quality and accuracy of the order did not meet expectations, causing unnecessary distress in a very sensitive situation. Its crucial that such orders are handled with more care and attention, especially in difficult times.

    i purchase a gift basket 12-4-2024 for 124$ that wasn’t even worth 40$ when i looked into returning the basket they offered to refund half the cost and would issue a refund of 61.99 on my debit card which is what i used to purchase there product no refund was ever returned to my account i’ve checked with my bank after they sent a confirmation email on the refund no refund still after multiple phone calls with customer service management there executive solution team and final there loyalty team multiple calls ours on hold and no results i’ve never filed a claim against anyone but feel this is the only satisfaction alternative

    ZERO. Don't ever order from this company. I recently ordered a XL Heartfelt Sympathy Lavender basket for a colleague's mom funeral. I spent $216 and was given the runaround that they either could not deliver to residence address or that product was unavailable. After changing the flower to something comparable and changing address to church, they still couldn't deliver the ***lacement flowers on the date requested. I get a third call and the *** said we could change it back to original item since it was being delivered to new address but the date of delivery had to change. When I received a confirmation that my flowers were delivered, the image shows what I ordered, but surprisingly my colleague sent me a picture of two flower baskets received that looks nothing like the item ordered. I was offered refund of $106.45, but I have yet to see it on my card. This company is a big scam. They don't send what you order and mis***resent what was delivered. Additionally most of the ***resentatives don't speak English or can really help you. Send this to your executives in customer care. I will be reaching out to them via LinkedIn as well.

    I ordered edible arrangements gift in the morning that supposed to be delivered the same day. At 10 am I received an email that it is getting prepared. At 1 PM next email was saying that they made an attempt to deliver ( not true- everyone was home and they have contact phone number). I contacted them at 4 pm through chat. First ***** said that they just proceeded the order and email was a mistake. That they have a time till 8 pm for delivery. I contacted them after 7 pm again. Next ***** said that they will deliver on Monday( today is Saturday) . I said that it was a birthday gift , and birthday is today, so it is no point to do so on Monday and I requested refund. She said she cant do it till 8 pm. Third time I contacted them at 8:10 and guess what - they cant process my refund because someone else is reviewing the order and they cant see it . Be aware of this scum company.

    I paid to have my flowers delivered in a window, yes it is extra. The flowers were not delivered during the window of time, causing me to have to rearrange my day. Their chat customer service was worthless saying they would be delivered by the end of the day. When I asked for the delivery fee for the time window be returned, they stopped communicating and ignored further attempts to contact them

    this is the worst company to deal with. received dead flower arrangement and called them the very next morning and was advised that a replacement was being sent next day. next day came and went phoned them for the next two days and was still promised the same thing. i was guaranteed a replacement by escalation department...no one ever showed. christmas arrangement was $100.00. they will not make good for it. horrible and will never deal with them again.
