    Thank you for your help. I just want to help other customers so they will no longer be oppressed and forced to pay an inappropriate amount of money by a company driven by excessive greed. Because of that greed, they are willing to trade everything, cheat, and find many ways to legally take money from customers.

    You don't have to be a paid subscriber to use Paltalk. Basic 5 characters nickname is free and does not require a subscription. People can choose to have more features with paid subscriptions. Short nicknames (less than 5 characters) and special characters are exclusive and require a special subscription. Like many other companies we offer free and paid services. It's up to the user which one to choose. Offered subscriptions are monthly or annual. Attached receipt is from 2021 and subscription appears to be expired. I am very sorry that **** ***** ****** **** is upset regarding the expired subscription and feels that they are being forced to pay. Ton of US communication providers have free and paid subscriptions. Same as Paltalk, the free subscription comes with advertisements and limited features. Both short Nicknames VN and B require a paid subscription for the short names. There are cheaper options for 5 character nicknames or free for basic nicknames.     Hello I had built up **** credits on paltalk I have paid for a colored name, for a very long time, gifted gifted chatters with yearly subscriptions that cost 69 dollars per person, gave virtual gifts as well, and they stole all my **** credits 3 months ago, I contacted them, they said it was a mistake and it is not, I was told to file with you guys, by another chatter, and hers were returned, they had stolen hers too, This is out right stealing

    Their **************** has defrauded me of nontangible services I have paid for. There is a glitch in their system when I was awarded 500 credit gifts from their reward system it erased my previous balance that I had paid for. This is an erroneous error that will affect all their customers. Instead of fixing it and reinstating my account. They answer back with same error message for means of defrauding me and all their customers of virtual gifts that were paid for. It costs them nothing mind you to add a virtual gift balance back to an account. This is serious level of fraud to a magnitude of individuals they are perpetrating. Virtual gifts is the balance that is used to determine how many virtual gifts you can give to someone by redeeming the points in your balance. They offer stickers and icons next to your name in chat for different nontangible items. I have paid 99.99$ for a two for one offer just 3 months ago on credits, The original was **** credits purchased times two as it was a two for one sale for *****. I have a screenshot showing the amount I paid, There is no other product on their site that goes for 99.99$ They must recognized I paid for these nontangible services. Now what happened is their system is in error, They offer a rewards system where you get points for turning on your cam and joining their rooms. My reward was 500 free virtual credits. When it awarded my free 500 credits their system defaulted back to the message they use when credits are reversed because they have improperly programmed it. Or did make an exception in their programming code that adding the 500 credits is not in fact rectifying the previous balance but adding instead to the previous balance. This is a bad programming error on their part. Their customer service only repeats the error in their system to me when I report the issue. It is fraud. It is bad programming and it is their fault. I want my credits reinstated that I paid for.

    Hello,

     

    Thank you for reaching us out. Due to a syncing issue, some of the Paltalk accounts were incorrectly awarded credits. We have since fixed the issue and adjusted  balances to the correct value. Any Virtual Gifts that were sent with these credits have also been reversed.We had to reverse credits back because user used credits once we increased credits balance. Since all of this was a mistake on our side we have reapplied **** credits back on user's account ***** *** * ***
