Very Disappointing Experience I had high hopes for this tutoring center, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. My son and I visited the center, and we were told they could help with all of his classwork. After spending over an hour taking a test, we reviewed the results with a team member. We were then asked what my son wanted to focus on, and we set up a trial class. The team member double-checked everything to ensure the plan was clear. However, the next day, I received an email at 5:30 PM saying that the *** tutor was no longer available, and there was no phone call or follow-up to discuss the change. I felt this was very unprofessional, especially considering the time and effort we had already investedover two hours in person. I called to address the situation and spoke with the manager, but the conversation was frustrating. The manager kept bringing up the *** 8, which was unrelated to my son's needs, and ultimately, she ended the call abruptly, which only added to my frustration.I would expect better communication and customer service from a professional tutoring center. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking into other options like ****** or other local centers, where the customer experience and professionalism seem far better. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Dear Customer Service,Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfulfilled Hours for SAT Preparation and ******************* Services I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the services provided by C2Education. In May 2021, I signed a contract with C2Education based on the assurance provided by your director that the hours I purchased would never expire. Relying on this assurance, I took out a loan for $10,000 and purchased 200 hours of SAT preparation and high school tuition services. To date, my son has utilized 155 of the 200 hours purchased. This leaves a remaining balance of 45 hours, which, according to the initial agreement, should still be available for use. However, I was recently informed that C2Education has changed its policy and is now denying the remaining 45 hours, claiming that the hours have expired. This sudden change in policy is not only a breach of the initial agreement but has also caused significant financial distress. The terms were clearly stated by your director at the time of purchase, and I made a substantial financial commitment based on those terms. In addition to this issue, I am currently facing numerous personal and financial hardships. I have been struggling with significant medical issues, leading to large medical bills, and have experienced job changes three times in the past three years, further exacerbating my financial situation.I am requesting the immediate reinstatement of the 45 hours or a full refund for the unutilized hours. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action, including filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, my state's consumer protection office, and the ************************* Additionally, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and seek legal advice.I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter. Please respond within 7 days to avoid further escalation.Sincerely,
