    Last August, we hired *************************** of O and Sons Landscaping and Masonry to replace our pool patio and install a fence. We picked out pavers at the place he told us to go to and paid him $14,000 for the "materials." Rain prevented the work happening in September of 2021, but began in May 2022: labor of removing old patio, putting down gravel in preparation for the pavers costed us an additional $4,000. ***** promised us that the work would be done by August 14, 2022 or he would give us our money back. The work is NOT done. He has DISAPPEARED. He has not even given us the receipt for the materials so that we could get them. He has left us with a virtual construction site, and has not given us either the materials we paid for or the money back.

    In April of 2022, we made agreements with *************************** of O and Sons for two landscaping and stone work projects at our house. As a previous project with him had taken eight months to complete, we were hesitant to engage with ***** again. However, his stone work is very good, and we went ahead. We gave him a very large deposit, which he said was necessary for the purchase of materials. Along the way he continually promised that the materials -- in our case, stones, steps, soil, wood fencing -- we going to be delivered "tomorrow" or "this Tuesday." No materials were ever delivered. He spent two or three days working in June, which triggered another "start work" payment to him (as described in the original invoices). We shouldn't have paid this money, but we were hopeful that the work was finally underway. He then claimed that the excavator he had rented broke down, and when he did not get another one, he said excavators are very difficult to rent right now. We called his bluff and, after one phone call, found an excavator for him to rent. He delayed and then never showed up to rent the excavator we had reserved for him. This was the last straw. In early July, we asked for our money back. No materials were ever delivered, and only two days of work had been done (clearing land and moving stones). He said he would refund the money we paid -- I will Zelle the money to you; I will send you a certified check; I will drop a check off -- none of it was true. He does not return phone calls, texts or emails.*************************** is a thief and a trickster. Do not work with him. You can find many reviews online saying the same thing. I wish I had done my research before hiring him.

    Hired this company to do work around my house. Gave a deposit of $6950 on July 17, 2021, for materials. After excuse and excuse and no materials I cancelled the contract in december. Asked for my money back, was told it was mailed, was told he would personally deliver. Have not received anything. I have called and texted, with responses up until yesterday. Now he is not answering my phone calls or text.
