First I was promised my project would be completed by end of May. The entire project wasn't fully completed until October by the time I had to deal with final permitting issues. They claimed to be a reputable contractor with over 20 years experience and yet they couldn't follow professional drawings created from an architect I purchased. They tried to build an exterior building right on decking which would have created multiple water issues. This was only the first thing that failed inspection with the town. Once they worked their way around that mistake and the interior of the building was complete, you could clearly see the dirt outside through the floor since they didn't build to code and tried to hide it with spray foam from me and the inspector. They didn't use the right insulation in the building which also didn't pass and then also tried to used non pressure treated board which was on the drawings and quoted by them. Multiple failed inspections later and poor exterior siding work later and the project is finally done. I would not recommend them to anyone who isn't following everything their doing as they will cut corners to save themselves money. I'm glad the project is finally over but I'm far from happy with the result. Even while waiting for final inspection, they tried to send an employee that was an old cop to strong arm me into paying for the project even when inspections weren't final with the town. He would never advise me he was coming and would just randomly come to my house knocking on my door. After listening to the owner and their ex-cop/project manager lie to me repeatedly about the job, I will say they were very unprofessional to work with and I wouldn't recommend them for anyone working on a deck or home renovation.

Needed warranty work done on my fence. I called and texted at least 15 times between April 2022 and December 2022. Most of the time my calls and texts went unanswered. As of this time still waiting.
