My experience with Kayak has been wonderful from the moment I requested a quote to the install. Mary and Tina were awesome to work with and the crew that did the install were quick and efficient. Great customers service! I spoke with Tina C and she was so helpful with everything that I needed. Trying to open a pool after a long winter is very aggravating sometimes, but speaking with her and getting the tools I needed made it a much more pleasant experience! Imagine you had a pool installed and 3 weeks later and literally 1 day before your 7 year old birthday swim party, the brand new heater stops working! That’s what happened to me. In a panic, I called Kayak here in Buffalo NY ( Go *****) and spoke to Tina Louise. I explained what happened. Her response and the actions of the Company was tremendous. Tina said “ it’s a brand new heater, that’s not right.” She asked me to hold a brief second, came back on the line and said, I trust you will be home tomorrow, we will be there first thing ( Saturday). 8:15 am, a truck pulls in a guy gets out and says, “ I’m Bill, I am here to replace your heater - what time does the part start? 1:30, I said. I asked, what I would owe for the heater, the reply I received was. It’s a new heater, it’s under warranty- we will argue with the manufacture if needed, so you don’t have to.” Honoring the warranty is one thing, but showing up the very next morning so I did not have to cancel a little girls party is a totally different story. We love the pool and the organization for its service and willingness to try and make things right even if they are not responsible party. They didn’t make a bad heater, someone else did! They did however, come and take the burden off of me. Tina Louise and Bill to Tony at the Kyack Katalogue pick up location, each person acts with urgency and ownership. I originally left a bad review for Kayak Pools but after speaking with Management, they did everything possible to get the pool installed. 2 yrs later I must admit, this pool is like none I've ever owned. The filtration system is unbelievable in keeping the pool clean giving me so much more time to spend with family and enjoy. Their pools in my opinion are Top of the Class and I highly recommend them!!Review from Donna N

Great customer service, always answered my calls and numerous questions. Delivered and installed the pool in time frame they stated. Followed up next day to see how installation went. I would highly recommend this company.Review from Cassandra M

This is the most horrible $50,000 pool. We had a same size pool in Missouri that cost $5,000. DO NOT buy a KAYAK POOL. We asked for sand filter, no we don't have that. We asked for Salt System, no we don't have that. We asked for pool heater, no we don't have that. We have spent an additional $10,000 to get those items after and guess what, when you get your Kayak Katalogue after you purchase...they do have sand, salt and heaters!!! Used car sales on new pools...runaway!!!

It looks like you purchased one of our Award Winning Kayak Pools from **** ****** in Texas. They as a dealership may not stock or sell the extra accessories such as heaters, salt generators and sand filters. As the manufacturer we stock many different parts and accessories to accommodate individual preference. Our Kayak Katalogue Department is not affiliated with **** ****** and what Katalogue sells is completely independent of offerings available at any of our independent dealers.
