******* ******* is not entitled to any refund, especially under her false allegations. I have multiple recorded conversations with the groom (now husband) and his irrational bride on speaker, as well as texts. In spite of the fact that the long tie was chosen and documented on the wedding planner which they signed acknowledging styles, dates, prices etc., I got the ties she claimed she picked out months ago, the day before the wedding. Most tux shops don't provide a second fitting on the entire garment until the day before the wedding. We do ours earlier in the week.Everyone that was measured in my store by my staff, their tux fit was great. Any adjustments were minor alterations and a couple size changes that our store initiated.  Each had their tux plenty in advance of the wedding as we educate our clients as to the process. Further the groom failed to follow our instructions by informing us in advance of his weight loss. We provide a courtesy card (which I've attached a template that would reflect their card) with every paid receipt. I got an exchange in size for him in spite of it being the busiest week of the year with inventory depleted. An action that required my calling in a favor with my supplier. ******* *******'s claim of the wrong size tux was the culpability of the groomsman who was measured elsewhere, provided inaccurate measurements and failed to come to our store for a second fitting so we could address any changes needed.  The groom picked it up for him and returned with it in desperation when it didn't fit the man. I have attached his submission with his personal information covered. He needed a significantly larger size. Since we don't carry our own inventory of rental merchandise, I found a black coat that would fit him and I even went as far as to destroy a retail coat.  I made a referral to a master tailor so that the groom could have a shawl collar attached to match the party.  The coat needed cleaning, which once again we are not a plant. In spite of all my efforts and financial loss, because I wanted to do whatever was possible to make their wedding successful, the groom didn't want to go to any personal expense of having it cleaned and tailored.  It was the groom who said it was the fault of his groomsman and he should have to live with it.I'll add further that ******* *******'s husband ***** and I had a great rapport. He not only found the experience to be professional, but to use his own words, he loved that I "keep it real", "absolutely fun" and. He not only enjoyed it, he perpetuated it by telling how much he enjoys me. I can produce his son as a witness, who they affectionately refer to as 'Phats' and to whom I was instructed that he actually prefers that nickname over his given name. I was told initially that they had big fellows in the party. After meeting them and taking note of not only their girth, but that each sported sizable beards, I advised that the bow ties and color would be lost in photos. Please understand that it makes no difference to me financially whether they choose bow ties or long ties. In fact, it makes no difference whether they choose economically or top of the line. As I inform every couple in my preamble to every consultation, I do not own merchandise. I sub-rent from a larger concern with an impeccable reputation. I simply mark up whatever price they charge me and that my margins are essentially the same.Any reasonable person can deduce that Ms. *******, now Mrs. ****, was an irrational hot head and difficult to deal with.Kindly,Anthony 'Tony' C*******###-###-####Tuxego formalwear********************************
