    On April 3, 2022 I placed a large order for home brewing supplies ($840.13). I received part of the order but are still missing the two larger items on the order. A burner and a kettle ($538.99+tax) still have not been shipped. I have contacted the business 8 times between July 2022 and July 2023 about the missing product. I received emails replying to inquiries on 1/9/23, 3/6/23, and 4/24/23 - all promising to look into the order. The 4/24/23 email asked if I would be open to alternate product as a replacement. I replied same day and said I would be. Radio silence since. Because they have failed to ship the necessary parts, I have been unable to brew the two brew kits I ordered at the same time. Id like a refund of the two items never shipped and the two brew kits that I cannot brew. A total of $648.97+tax.

    I ordered 3 Perlick Faucets - 690SS Stainless Steel (Flow Control w/ Push-Back ******* at a total cost of $287.72 that have not been delivered. The order was placed and paid for 4/4/23 and 4/5/23 respectively. Last contact from vender was 5/31/23 at which time they indicated the item is still not available from their distributer. They also indicated they would update me ASAP as to updated date for this product. I have not heard back from them since. They have not responded to request for items or refund that were made July 6, 17, 22, and 29. At this point I would be satisfied with a refund.

    Ordered on 5/24 (#I*******). Same as every other complaint here. No contact, no delivery.I would like the bladder replacement for the press.It seems that instead of watching their own communication process, Long Island Home Brewing waits for BBB complaints and then acts on them promptly. Seems to be a very strange business model.

    Ordered a beer tap faucet on 4/10. Item was in stock and I paid $102.52. Item has not been shipped and seller responded to say item was not in stock. Offers to make a refund but it has not happened. Seller takes two days on average to respond to emails. Phone calls go to a ****** voice account.Seller is also illegally charging ******** tax on all sales. He charged me ****% tax on my purchase, I am from ******** and sales tax is 6% here.Several reviews on ****** show that this is common practice for this vendor and does not ever ship items ordered. My fault for not checking there first.     I ordered a product from them (Kegerator wheels) and they charge my credit card and I have not received any item. It said when I ordered that I would recieve and email and that never happened. I have called multiple times, left messages and also emailed and tried to contact through their website contact all to no avail. I am filing fraud through the credit card company that was used. Thank goodness I screen shot the invoice before I closed out and have history on the computer or I would have had no way of knowing what I ordered.

    While the refund is fine the fact that it took me going this far and several weeks of trying to reach them for them to come back to me that the item was out of stock and will be due in is bull.  I want a bad review posted so that no one else uses this business and has to go down this road like I did.

    On 05/28/2022 we paid this company $1962.59 for their product and paid for shipping. I received a confirmation email of accepted payment with an invoice number:#I********After that there has been no form of contact, I have called, emailed, used their website message system and received nothing in return. It has now been 13 days. I have looked into transactions with other customers and they received the same issue. This company is a fraud, they take payments, then stop communication hoping people forget about the money.

    Thank you for reaching out.  We have followed up with the customer to see how they'd like to proceed.  One email they sent last week was not received, as it was flagged as spam.  We've since fixed that with this sender, and replied via email. 

    The model which they ordered is currently out of stock, and on order with our distributor.  If they'd prefer to cancel, and receive a refund we'd be happy to help with that.  If they'd like to know which models are on hand which are comparable to size and features, I'd be happy to help them with that as well.

    As soon as we hear back to the email we sent to the customer which I have attached, we will proceed with their request.

    Placed an order with this company and did not receive any product. Zero success in my ability to contact them, they have a number that is screened and goes right to a voice messaging system. They also don't check/reply to their emails.

    Purchased 3 bulkhead fittings from Long Island Homebrew 19 days ago. It took 12 days to get a reply as to why it had not been shipped. They replied that it was an item that was on backorder, even though there was no indication of that on the website when I placed the order on 3/2/22. The reply stated they would have the tracking by the end of that week, meaning around 3/18/22. When 3/18 came I emailed them asking for the tracking and they stated that they would have it by the end of the weekend. Now we're in a new week and nothing has happened. The service is terrible and I'm down $107. Still no reply and I just found a reddit sub that states that this is not the first time this company does this to people.
