I am waiting on my refund of $5582, because they never told me that the engine had to be built,I emailed ***** several times at no time did he ever mention they did not have a engine ready to be ship, and he is rude, so I ASK for a refund and ***** sent me a email showing that he refunded my money, when i called my bank they told me that the merchant is the one that has a hold on the money, this has to be criminal, i called to speak to the accounting department and ***** answer the phone and say they pulled the money from his account so he is not holding up the refund, But the bank say that is not true, This company has deceptive business practice to defraud the public. And now i see that ***** has done this before sending a email that he refunded the money but never release it, New York state needs to look at this company and protect the consumer from this rip-offs . They never gave me a product but will not refund my money, beware

WARNING! DANGER!! RUN away NOW!! Do NOT do business with these thieves!!! They are liars, professional agitators and pirates of the internet. I purchased a 6.4L Long block from US Engine Production, *** aka You **** Engine Production for $8500 ($1400 which was held for core replacement). Total paid to * **** was $7100 plus a perfectly good engine notwithstanding one cracked piston. I drove the truck every day pulling equipment and drove it to the professional diesel mechanic who did the work. The mechanic called me on the phone after the engine installation and cranked the truck for me to hear the engine knocking. Mechanic shop had head Ford mechanic come and assess the knock and the conclusion was a faulty motor. * **** lied and told me they would warranty and pay for reinstallation of motor after they received motor and inspected it. (Keep in mind they sent courier of their choice and made all arrangements to pick up the motor.) The story gets too long to detail (I have 100s of pages of documentation, phone calls and emails) but the end result is they said the engine overheated and was also damaged so bad in shipping that they couldnt do a formal analysis. Their offer is to refund $5,015 (which is the cost minus restocking fee which is USUALLY 25% but they gave us a good deal and only charged 15%). They have my engine and my $7,100! But this refund is only available if I sign a paper saying I will take off any bad reviews I have posted and agree not to post any negative reviews or *** their company. As of now, I have $8,000 in the install and removal of their faulty engine, $7,100 in the cost of faulty engine, an estimated $5000+ in other new parts (oil coolers, injectors, etc.) and NO ENGINE at all, a dismantled truck once worth $35k+, now worthless. I am NOT taking the hush money refund. I am going to do my best to give them $50,000 worth of free advertisement! **************** from ****** was great answered all my questions told me it'll be about 2 to 3 weeks till I get my 6.6 duramax we will see how it goes I'm kinda scared now with all these negative reviews!!!! Definitely feel like I should've read these before I spent **** with core charge.... my God I hope and pray I get a good motor and a quick delivery

I called for a quote on a long block. ***** was the most rude, arrogant, person.I've been in the trucking industry for 32 years and deal with hundreds of customers service representative's. ***** is at the bottom of the barrel.I wound up spending $800 more, elsewhere on the long block that I needed.But you know what, the customer service was GREAT!Oh by the way this is only the 2nd time in 32 years I wrote a negative review.
