  In Feb I called this towing company for service ask for a booking fee of ***** called the day before never showed up or called me and did not even refund my money I think there a scam

  on 5/31/22 I texted **** and told him I needed his service on either 6/3/22 or 6/6/22 to towing my sons car from shop class to my ******************** had previously towed it from my house to my sons shop class on 3/7/22. I sent payment to **** via cash app on 6/6/22 for ***** and confirmed for 12:15 pm pickup on 6/6/22. On 6/6/22 at 6:13 am I received a text from **** asking if I could send ***** over for gas because the *** had put a hold on his accounts and he said he would drop off the money when he dropped off the car at my house. I have used ***** services a bunch of time and didn't think it would be a problem so my son sent over ***** to his account because I was having trouble because I didn't have cell service where I was working! I texted **** at 1:02 pm to make sure everything was good with the drop off and to see wear he left the money and keys, he said he left the keys in the mailbox and would cash app me the money back as soon as he got to the office.On 6/7/22 I asked if he sent over money and he said the *** froze his cash app account as well and he would drop off the money. texted again on 6/11/22 no response. texted 6/13/22 again said he would drop it off. texted 6/17/22 said he would drop off that night or the day after.texted 6/20 said he would drop that day.texted 6/21 no response.texted 6/23 said his father had a heart attack and would get me $ ASAP. 6/30 texted no response. texted 7/2/22 no response. texted 7/7 no response. got a text from **** 7/10 said he was hit by a car in hospital would drop $ in my mailbox. 7/13 texted responded on 7/15 that I would have money by end of there day. I also called almost every time before I texted and no one picked up and left numerous messages with no return call!! I have used **** numerous times in the past and his lack of communication and excuses are ridiculous.I have all the texts in my phone
