  Car was being towed when it should not have been. Spoke to the driver of the tow truck & let him know it's our car blocking our driveway . The driver told us its $136 to unhook the car

  Hi unfortunately you were found in violation of blocking the driveway and you needed to dispute that with the local police department due to the fact that they issued you a ticket for blocking the driveway. However it is out our control to refund you for your mistakes.

  This company ,Rite Away Towing ************************** ***************************************************** mi ************** Open 24 hours I had my vehicle towed on Thursday morning probably. near 151st jamaica ** *****. without enough explanation. I have been in the area for quite some time, and i had park my suv between two vehicles and i was told by this company that somebody stated i was blocking driveway. This is not true. When i asked for pictures how my vehicle was parked and if they have any proof that i was incorrectly parked. they did not have anything, They had a blank fake ticket on my dashboard, My time was wasted and they cannot prove that my car was blocking , i was scammed and i need my $300 back .please and kindly assist. While i was there to pick up , they would not come, the sign on there lot stated available 24hrs but then when i called them , they mentioned appointment based only . so they wanted to drag and waste time. plus an other lady was picking up her car which was towed for same reason, they could not prove and just asked for cash, without letting us know on the phone that they do not accept card payment. so alot of poor practices are followed and i need to bring to this to your attention. Thank You

  This business failed to inform me that I have to make an appointment I Get to the place? And nobody. 's there ;on the sign? It's states available 24/7. I called them up and 3 different guys said will show up. They sent a person who i never spoke with was sent to release. I had to wait at least 45 minute.  And they did not tell they only accept cash so they nobody can trail them , next. The driver refused to show me the pictures of my vehicle by to prove double park . They stated have no record however on a cell phone while he was surfing. I noticed a picture of my car and he refuse to show me.  I believe it's a total scam.i had my car parked between 2 vehicles. and I want my complete funds back. I would appreciate it thank you

  At this time, I have not been contacted by Rite Away Towing regarding complaint ID ********. plus i a advise by the traffic assocition i am hit with a ticket of $155 without notification now and its pending, i dont even know . if  i was given the ticket why did  business not give me a copy or if it was indeed  issued why did this business not give me a copy.
