Just like the fellow reviews, do not order from this company. Their jewelry is cheap and flimsy. Not worth the $$$. Their return policy is awful.Review from Kristin T

I would strongly encourage you to NOT order jewelry from Glencara. If you are panicking and trying to get your money back via a return, I had success by calling my credit card and talking to an agent. I asked them to dispute the charges on my credit card and told them about the deceptive service and poor quality of Glencara jewelry. I had a tracking number and shared it with them. I told them the Better Business Bureau rates Glencara an F which means failure. My credit card reimbursed me in full, and if a refund from Glencara ever shows up, the credit card company will get their money back. I was so grateful and relieved. I am praying Glencara is shut down. They are dishonest and the BBB rating of F is accurate.Review from Jay J

Absolutely the worst experience. I purchased a ring for my girlfriend for Christmaswebsite said guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Its nearly February and I still dont have it. They said it was shipped and they sent me several fake tracking numbers for **** that only stated a shipping label was created in ********** DE. Dont trust them! I ordered a ring and paid over $800, its been over a month and nothing has came I have gotten absolutely nothing for my $800 purchase. They never respond to emails. They gave me a tracking number with *** but when I called *** they said they never received the package from the sender.Review from Brian E

Glencara is a scam. I ordered 2 pieces of jewelry and immediately asked a question via their website form after placing my order. No one ever responded so I inquired again the next day and my account info showed the order had shipped already, but no tracking # was avaiable. I again communicated through their online chat and was told their shipping **** would provide the tracking # and would advise me within 4 hours of the #. No email was sent with that information so I told online chat and in emails that I considered my order canceled. 5 days later I get an email from *** (************* owns Glenacara) that a **** label was crated with a tracking #. However, the package was not given to **** for another 8 days! I refused shipment and opened a credit card dispute w/my ********** who reversed their charges. Do NOT trust this company! I only wished I had seen their BBB rating before ever placing an order because if I had, I would not have ordered anything!Review from Mi D

This company engages in bait and switch unethical and fraudulent business practices across the board. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They make a lot of false claims and fake pictures on their website. All you have to do is notice their "system" isn't working and they want you to leave a message. I spent over $1300 on a single item that should have looked ornately carved if you believed the picture on the website, which should have had excellent caving and exquisite detail; which also would require the ring to be deeper than it was. What they sent we was a $5 piece of c*** that was likely performed in a 3rd world country. I'm not even sure if its truly 14k. I am getting it tested. They claim 60 return satisfaction guarantee. They lie. They offered me a 5% refund but no satisfaction or return. Then they ghosted me. This is clearly an illegal operation. These BBB don't work to stop them only to inform you. Well ordered necklace for Christmas, paid for expidited shipping ,guaranteed for Christmas .Did not receive till the 30th. Shipped from *********** DE. ,to ***********. then to **. Nice necklace for an infant , wouldn't even give to an 11yr old , smaller than a *****, no way was I giving this to my girl. Sending back can't wait for the fun with this. Never answered any emails, but kept asking how I liked my item, that I didn't get yet. Wish i could upload a pic to show that large ***** next to the cross. GOOD LUCKReview from robert g

THIS IS A SCAM. They should not be allowed to sell to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a couple necklaces 2 weeks before Christmas. They should have been delivered by Christmas but have yet to receive anything. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about my purchase but have had no response. I have since requested a full refund as I doubt anything was even made or sent. I have learned a valuable lesson. Always make sure they are an accredited business.Review from Sandi S

The necklace I ordered was beautiful, but the chain was knotted several times and when I tried to go through costumer service for a replacement, I was ignored, then given the wrong information, then given the run around. Save yourself. Don't buy anything
