    02/06/24 $***** for subscription for one year - 6 issues of the Archaeology magazine.04/24 I made an overpayment of *****.07/30/24 I realized I made an overpayment and I called the Archaeology magazine ************, spoke to ****, explained the overpayment, I was told they had a record of both payments, they will refund the ***** overpayment in 2-4 weeks, reference #*********. I learned my subscription was cancelled back in 5/25 with a different reference #********.09/11/24, called customer service ************, spoke to Silver, I explained the situation in detail. I wanted the subscription left open and the overpayment refunded. I also told her that I spoke with **** in July and they were aware of all the payments made. She also gave me a reference #*********. Silver said she had all the information on her computer. She verified #1 the initial payment, she verified the overpayment, she would make sure I receive a refund in ***** in about 4 weeks.09/24/24, called customer service (above), spoke to ***, explained the situation. Per *** she has all the information on the computer. *** would follow-up on refund. Per ***, you should get the refund in 2 weeks.10/14/24, called customer service (above), spoke to ******. Same as above, she has all the information, she said the home office would take care of the refund. I am to call back in 2 weeks again if i do not get the refund.11/06/24, called customer service (above), talked to Cherry. I requested a supervisor. Supervisor, ****, took over the phone. Everyone so far had been in the ***********. They supposedly cancelled my ***** subscription even though I said 3 times do not cancel. Total refund is a foul-up

    The subscription account for *** ***** was managed by our fulfillment partner - ******.  I have located the subscription file and do see his requests for a refund.  The second subscription of $39.95 was originally entered as a new order and only later merged into a single account.  That appears to caused issues with the refund process.  I have requested that they issue a refund for the balance still due ($29.95) immediately.  I have also reached out via email to *** ***** to inform them of such.
