Where do I begin, I purchased a pair of men's shoes on Nov 15, its now Nov 28th and no shoes. On the website it says order "UNFULFILLED" for days. After the money was charged to my CC. The shoes HAVE NOT left the warehouse??!! I have contacted them over the past 5 days. All responces were from automated emails same text, with different names attached. This is the most awful experience I have had with a simple purchase. Also Nov 15 is way before the Christmas rush. Whats really bad the shoes are now on special sale $20.00 cheaper than when I purchased it. I will never do business with this brand again. I sure getting a full refund won't be easy either?!Review from Caroline T

Every single pair of shoes Ive bought (3) have given me terrible blisters and because I wore them for 5 minutes I can never get my money back. Either figure out a better return/exchange policy or make your shoes more comfortable.Steve Madden, Ltd. Response

Steve Madden offers a 30 day return policy for unworn merchandise. We recommend that all customers try on their shoes before wearing them outside. Once an item is worn, we do not allow returns or exchanges on any worn items. Every customer feels different in their shoes, so we hope you will find a pair that you are happier with. If I could give a 0 I would. The items I ordered came to me damaged. I have had to waste many hours and much time to get a refund label issued. And o be I sent to ***** I was NEVER refunded. Supervisors lying that they are the manager until caught saying let me get the manager. AND STILL no refundSteve Madden, Ltd. Response

I purchased a shoe on Steve Madden Rebooted. I received the sandal and the box said clearly it was a size 10m in which what was ordered on the website. When I opened the box it was a size 7m. I truly believe the seller knew what she was doing and this is a very unfair way to do business. I've tried for 6 weeks now to try and get my money back from Steve Madden or Rebooted. They can get this shoe back, I'll NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN! This is very unacceptable and not to mention to have been dupped by a customer is worse. Since, SM transact business like this I feel that other ppl needs to know and possibly have something done about it or not buy from them at all. They put on a pr giveaway recently and said that anyone with no likes on their comment will get a free pr. In the *** video they said anyone not mentioning a cap on the number what so ever. They proceeded to give only about 350 away blaming tiktok. They told us to take screenshots just in case they miss our comment but wont even entertain us with that notion now. Technology issues happens but the way you go about said issue reflects on the brand. They then proceeded to delete their highly tone deaf explanation video and every video about the pr giveaway. I ordered a pair of sandals over a month ago now I received them and they had sent me the display worn model from one of their stores that I paid full price for new sandals so I reached out to them and they agreed to send me a new pair to rectify the issue so they did and then they told me I needed to take the wrong pair and ship it back to them so I dont live near *****, which is what they use. I had to pick up both the first pair and the second pair at the ***** location now they were telling me I had to pack up, the disgusting ones they sent me and ship it back to them so I told them to work with me and come pick it up because its not my fault you sent me worn Display shoes.. told me that I would be charged if I didnt return the first pair of shoes and I told them to come get them. Its already been two weeks. Told me somebody would come today to pick them up from ****** Nobody showed up the window to return them is 15 days I think theyre trying to charge me for both the warm shoes and the replacement shoes, all because of their mistakeSteve Madden, Ltd. I bought my daughter boots for Christmas at the Rehoboth Delaware outlets. 2 pairs actually. The one pair didnt fit her. She doesnt live here so she returned when she came for a visit. Never worn and had receipt. I gave her both pairs in a birthday bag and discarded the boxes they were in. They would not even give her a store credit. Over 30 days and no box. This place is ridiculous. I will never step foot in any of these stores! DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS!Steve Madden, Ltd. Response

I am so disappointed in this company. I regularly order from them and normally love there products. I ordered a pair of shoes and they were both the right foot. I called the company and they said they couldn't do anything. I have the receipt for the shoes as well. I think this is ridiculous and they should give me the right shoe instead.Steve Madden, Ltd. I ordered my birthday shoes from Steve Madden. The tracking number said delivered and when I got to my house there was no package. I contacted Steve Madden and they told me they would have to do an investigation for 7 days when my birthday is literally in 7 days. So I went ahead and asked for a refund. The agent I spoke to attempted to give me the run around saying it wasnt possible to do so before I finally asked to speak with a manager to report her and THEN she wanted to fill my needs. This business is unprofessional and they have unprofessional people representing them! Highly dont recommend.Steve Madden, Ltd. Response

I just got off the phone with Steve Madden because I was told my package was delivered. I see the proof of delivery and it was not my address so I reached out to the *************** and it is only a inquiry based system so that takes 48 hours. I then reach out to Steve Madden and they told me that I have to wait until Monday to contact them back (its Saturday) to ensure the package is not delivered to me. I stated to the rep I have the proof of delivery on the Carrier's website with my name on it and it's not my address so the package was delivered but okay. Then I asked what would happen when I called back Monday?? I was told it is going to be investigated and that can take up to another 5 to 7 days mind you I ordered these shoes almost 2 weeks ago just to be told that I have to wait additional week!! They cannot just send me another pair or even ask for me to send proof of delivery or the rep could have contacted their Carrier and got the proof of delivery and I could have shown my front door of my home. I will never in my life order from Steve Madden again. They placed me on hold for **************************************** there's nothing they can do for me I will have to wait. These were my birthday shoes. Never again. I would never do business with them AGAIN!!!Steve Madden, Ltd. Response
