    11/18/2024 my car got hit and the dealership recommend me the collision star. After geico started the process with the repair shop. The repair shop started an Estimate. After a price was final. Then started more then one and two then three assessments. **** started to get higher and higher with no inspiration why? Then I found the owner who hit my car and he proceeded to pay for the damages. Then the woman at the front desk started to argue with me. Acting very unprofessional about payment. there were so many issues with the repair in the car wasnt addressed correctly and then at the end of the day the employees stole all my change that I had in my glove box. Got an email from the repair shop. Saying sorry stating that when they clean the car it was a strong vacuum and sucked all my change. It was over $20 in quarters. Come on !! nothing but complaints about the insurance correcting assessments that all was false statements from the repair shop, I highly recommend to peoples not to use this body shop. They are a ripoff.

    This is the email that was sent to *** ****** ******* I understand he has submitted this complaint to you and I feel we did everything to help him with his concerns. We communicated with him on all aspect of his insurance claim procedures and stages. When I received this letter today, I called Geico and asked if any payments where made to *** ******* They told me yes, he was paid $2121.34 by Geico. That check was cashed. That check number is *********. *** ****** new that the ********************** was coming here to pay for damages. * I enclosed the estimate and the check that was paid for the claim.* I contacted the transport company as well and found out that they also paid for his rental as well. That was about $1100.00. You can NOT take money from an insurance company that was to be paid out on your claim, when your claim was paid in full by the person that hit you. If *** ****** ****** is disputing his claim, there is no dispute to be had. His work was complete, warranty for lifetime ( has to be the owner) and is repaired to the *** standards. Thank you for your time.

    Hello *** ************ read your review, and have to say I am sorry that you felt the way you
    did. I want to let you know that your insurance company is the one that
    writes your car. We are an advocate for you to make sure your car goes
    back to the *** standards. Your insurance company came back for the 
    supplements, being they did not cover everything needed for your
    repairs,  and we kept you updated on all communication. That was with
    email, and your phone calls often.

    The way you wanted your claim handled, was a back an fourth process on
    your end. The insurance company was issuing payment, then you got hold
    of the owner of the transport company after we were into your repairs.
    With all due respect, this was not the way we would of handled it,
    however, it was done to accommodate you.

    The change that was in your vehicle for all your parking, etc. We didn't
    steal your money. We do an industrial clean with a powerful vacuum. I
    would of been more than happy to reimburse you for your loss.

    Our spirit here as a family, is only a positive one. I am truly sorry
    for your thoughts, and only can wish you a very Happy New Year and a
    Healthy one.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: first of all, Geico was aware of every step that I made with the person who hit my car. He pay off the full amount of the accident, so I dont have to pay a deductible. That every check that was send from ***** was refunded back to *****. The statement that shes giving is false. Every time I call the shop, the price was going up with additional prices.. all the shop excuses was to get more money from damages. I couldve went to another place with better service. my dispute is how they treat me as a customer. and lie about the money in the glove box. I dont want money from them. I just want them be recognized to other people. There customer service especially the front desk person named **** thats is very unprofessional.
