    I called Crown Ford *********** for *************** for two recalls and inspection. My call was diverted to Medical Alert and health insurance policies. They harass you into buying their services. I did not get connected to **** to schedule the recalls services. These companies are blocking the ************ numbers. I had to call **** **************** and they could not get thru to Crown Ford. When I finally contacted the service **** The phone was disconnected. I called again and finally got the scheduled services requested.These company should not be using the services line to harass people into buying medical alerts or health insurance before you get your car services scheduled.

    I have been going back and forth to **** since June 2022. This kept happening till November 2022. And the issue they kept saying was the *** Sensor. Crown Ford claimed everything was fixed and workable for another month but it wasn't in constant use due to being ill till January. My car stalled again on the highway in January and I ended up getting fed up and went to Aamco. The code came up with a *** sensor and they said that I need a new computer. I informed them that Crown Ford just replaced my computer and fixed the *** sensor. Crown Ford placed ***********-made wires in the car to bypass the codes and issues. Videos were taken and pictures sent to my warranty. Because Crown Ford charged Silverrock, I was told that Aamco cannot work on my car, and I had to send it back. I ended up sending an email to the president and general manager of Crown Ford in a complaint and asking for some assistance with a loaner car as I couldn't afford a rental. I was called by the Service Manager and told that a rental car would be set up for me. I was made a fool and embarrassed in the Enterprise because the service manager said that he never told me that I would get a rental. I was picked up by the service worker and went back to the Crown Ford immediately after and attempted to get an explanation and the service manager just brushed me off. I immediately sent a follow up email to the president and general manager. No one responded to the first email or to my second email. The service manager ****, called me that next morning telling me to come get my car because I lied on him in the email, and they will not touch or fix my car moving forward. I asked him to respond in the email with that info and he said "nope" and hung up on me. My warranty called Crown Ford and was told that "something happened on their premises, and I am banned from ever stepping foot on that location". Crown Ford also told the warranty that my car has a **** ECU Warranty issue.

    Great experience with my sales associate *********************. Always friendly and knowledgeable and gives best options for my needs. I trust him and the staff at Crown Ford to deliver reliable service and fair prices.

    After today this is my recommendation DO NOT BUY A **** VEHICLE OR GET SERVICE AT **** LYNBROOK. I am extremely disappointed with my service at **** lynbrook and will no longer be a customer here. I took my SUV in to be serviced because the air conditioning was not working and i had a problem with my car not starting. I was told I needed a new starter (this was after having the battery replaced three times in the last 2 years) My AC had to be reprogrammed but after picking up my car I heard a clicking sound when I turned the ac off the noise stopped. I called the dealership and informed them of the problem and they told me to bring my car back to be looked at. Should have known it would be an issue when guy at service desk got in my car to listen to what i was talking about and said my car makes the same noise this is normal, i informed him that it was not making the noise before it was "fixed" and he said okay we can have the tech check it but my car does the same thing and it does not bother me its normal. I told him this is not normal to me and it may not bother him but it is an issue for me. next issue was when i asked will this be covered under previous diagnostic fee as i did not feel the problem was fixed completely. A couple of hours later I received a call from ****** or **** stating nothing is wrong with my car that it's just the normal sound the ac fan makes. i asked how is this possible when it was not making this noise before I brought it in for service. He responded it was not working before so the noise is the motor or fan working at full capacity. Also we only reprogrammed the **** system we did not touch any of the components. I ask how can the noise be normal when it has never made this noise before even when my car was brand new off the lot. this to me is a money grab, I should not have to pay any additional fee for repairs when it should have been properly fixed to began with.
