Great, absolutely great from day one til finished all installation, I am very pleased with quality work, pricing, customer service and the crew came for installation and after installing came back to just made an adjustment I would recommend showercrafter for my families and friends, I am a licensed Realtor and looked few places and chose shower crafter to install 3 glass shower door for us. *****, **** and all other crew and everyone is absolutely did amazing job. Thank you all for your effort and work. Promise made, promise delivered

Showercrafters installed a new shower door over 2 years ago. When the product was installed the installers told us that their supervisor said the finished job was incomplete due to a botched up notch they had to make in the existing bullnose. After numerous phone calls and dealing with incompetent customer service the issue has not been rectified. After multiple phone ************* was sent out to my house 2 times. The last service person had come up with a remedy to rectify the problem. When I call to try to set up another appointment, I have to start all over explaining everything to the incompetent person who answers the phone. They have no prior records of sending a repair person to my home. I have let too much time go by and the problem is still existing. I am at a loss and would like the owner of the company to stand behind his business and rectify the poor worksmanship his employees left at my house.Review from Ant P

Stay away!!!! These guys are not true to their word. Dont give them deposits because you will fight to get it back. They promise you a time line and youll end up waiting months.Showercrafters Response

Showercrafters is fantastic. They have really high quality glass doors compared to everywhere else I have shopped and the price was very competitive. Definitely check them out before you go anywhere else.Showercrafters Response
