Don't trust this place at all. i hit a buck and i had them from my roadside assistance and man it was a long nightmare. Between lying about being my insurance company preferred shop and fixing my car, all it was about having my car in storage for fees and stalling for a week to get more money from my insurance company. eventually i was able to get my insurance company to free my car, but still these guys wanted to squeeze more money and towed my car to preferred shop, got my car after the shop closed when they had a good 2 and half hours to bring there and left the keys in the car and left it in the customer/employee lot were anyone could do anything to my car unprotected. These guys are very predatory and will try to squeeze you for money and your insurance company.Review from Jason M

Watch out for these guys they have done may shady things, are late on pickups, and are super disrespectful and rude. When they give you a time estimate they are always an hour or more later than what they say and theyll never call you or when you call them they wont answer and if they do theyre so nasty and rude. They are so unprofessional theyll mess up your car and break things on it and when you hold them accountable they go behind your back so they dont have to pay and blame you for the damages. They also steal from your car especially license plates and say they were lost at the accident. They are just ridiculous in a time of need for anyone thats supposed to be professional to act towards anyone. I hope this helps anyone.Review from Shanna J

Lil ****** Automotive *** was dispatched to my location as a third party from *** Road side Assistance via ********. My job was dispatched around 9:58 am and theoughout the day I was provide with inaccurate times for their estimated arrival. At approximately 4pm, I received a discourteous phone call from Lil ****** Automotive stating they were on their way to my location within in 20 minutes and they arrived after between 5 - 5:30pm. The individual from Lil ****** provided false information and brushed me off when I repsonded that your estimated arrival took approximately over 7 hours. As a response, they stated they were extremely busy so nothing else could be done at this time.
