    We have *******************************, owner of Line Up Fence an $8,000 down payment he said he needed to purchase the supplies for the upcoming job by check for a fence job. He gave us a contract. He took down our fence. He never completed the job stating that he spent the $8,000 on something else and did not have the money to do our job and he is sorry. He has done the same thing to at lease 10 other individuals. The police are aware. I have texts and taped phone conversations as well as my contract.

    We paid the owner of line up fence company 2000$ Deposit. He never came to do job, refuses to return money. He advertised licensed and insured and he isnt.

    On May 3, 2022 *******************************, owner of line up fence corp came to my home for a fencing installation estimate. He had supplied me with a contract and advised me he would be staring May 17 2022. I had given him a personal check for a deposit of $5000. The next day he had cashed the check. He had never came on the 17th to start the job. I received multiple text messages with excuse after excuse of why he couldnt start the job. On may 27th, I had found out through a ******** post that I was not the only victim. There are multiple victims that he had stolen from. I had made a police report at the seventh precinct. Many times I asked for my deposit back, and once again it was excuse after excuse. I have not spoken to ************************ in over a week. No work has been started on my fence installation and I havent received one dollar from my $5000 deposit. PLEASE HELP!

    On June 26th 2022 *******************************, owner of Line up fence corp. had come to my home to apologize to my husband and I and guaranteed the fencing will be fully installed by July 17th 2022. As of today July 8th 2022 absolutely no work has been started. If needed, please contact me on my cell **************

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Line Up Fence Corp. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     

    ***** with line up fence Corp. still to this day hasnt started my fencing installation nor payed me any of my 5k owed. 99% of the time, Im the one reaching out to him. He came to my home on June 26th promising me that he would have the job done within three weeks. He also guaranteed me in text message that he would have my fencing installation job completed by July 17th. To this day I have not so much as a fence post put up on my property by *****. Please advise me of what other legal action I could take upon him. My husband and I have been more than patient with trying to resolve this matter with *****, but unfortunately absolutely no progress has been made on his part. I have also received many police reports from the police headquarters that others have made upon ***** and his fencing company to where he has taken thousands of dollars from them also. These reports are stemming from 2017 to current day.
