    I received a letter from *** dated 6/27/2022 stating that they are collecting a debt for DYNAMIC RESOURCE GROUP for $22.62. I attempted to call the number on the letter and even though I was first in line (according to the call), I waited several minutes just for the phone line to hang up as soon as it sounded like someone answered. I tried to call back and encountered the same reaction. I do not recognize the name of the company I supposedly owe money, so I looked them up and they are in ******* or *******, neither of which places I have been recently or ever.

    Dear ********************,

         We are in receipt of your recent communication to our office dated July 20, 2022. **************, DBA North Shore Agency (SRA) takes every notification from consumers seriously. Therefore, upon receipt of *** ******** (consumer) concerns, we conducted an investigation and came to the following conclusions:

    1)The account was placed from ********************** (client) with SRA for collection on June 20, 2022 in the amount of $22.62.
    2)On June 27, 2022 SRA sent the consumer an initial validation notice. 
    3)On July 20, 2022 we received the subject complaint.

    The consumer disputes the debt, and SRA has closed the account. The consumer will receive no more contact from North Shore Agency dba SRA concerning the matter. North Shore Agency dba SRA is a non-credit reporting agency. We apologize for the frustration the consumer endured when trying to contact our office and we will research the routing of the phone number on our letter to ensure it is reaching a live person. Since the account is no longer with our office the consumer can contact ********************** for details about their account. SRA can share that the business the consumer had with ********************** pertained to the Christmas ****************** Lastly, we are respectfully requesting that this complaint be considered resolved based upon the aforementioned illustration of our handling of this matter.

         We are in receipt of your recent communication to our office dated June 24, 2022. **************, DBA North Shore Agency (SRA) takes every notification from consumers seriously. Therefore, upon receipt of ************ (consumer) concerns, we conducted an investigation and came to the following conclusions:

    1)The account was placed from Time Life Books (client) with SRA for collection on June 7, 2022 in the amount of $119.96.
    2)On June 7, 2022 SRA sent the consumer an initial validation notice. 
    3)On June 24, 2022 we received the subject complaint.

    We understand the consumers frustration and hope to alleviate that in some way. The consumer disputes the debt, and SRA has closed the account. The consumer will receive no more contact from North Shore Agency dba SRA concerning the matter. North Shore Agency dba SRA is a non-credit reporting agency. We will notify Time Life Books of the consumers complaint. If the consumer has any concerns about the status of the account they will need to contact the creditor. Lastly, we are respectfully requesting that this complaint be considered resolved based upon the aforementioned illustration of our handling of this matter.
