            I made a one-time purchase for printer toner from Gracile IT in Oct 2023. The purchase didn't go smoothly but was eventually corrected. Since then they have refused to honor requests to no longer contact me. I've been very clear in my desire to no longer be contacted yet they continue to do so. Be warned, once in their database they won't leave you alone.

            Recently, I purchased multiple keyboards for my company from Gracile IT and to be honest I was really surprised by their service. The keyboards came with ******************* and were delivered unjust a few days. Plus, I got really good discounts for buying the products in bulk and if you want to buy It products for your company and home I will really recommend them. My overall experience was a solid 8/10.

            I wanted to buy some cheap pc parts online for my server and my colleague suggested buying from Gracile IT. I had a really good experience shopping for them. The products arrive very quickly and were of high quality. The only thing problem worth mentioning is that the website was slow in loading. Plus, another special facility I liked about them is the online chat support provides really good advice if you are stuck in selecting the right product.
