*** Reneged on our Contract. Owes me Money ***** ******* and Big Think Capital owe me over ten thousand dollars in unpaid compensation. I entered into a contract with them, and they didnt fulfill their obligations. My phone calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered, and totally ignored. Not a good group of people, very dishonest, and they outright lied to me. There are better options out there for business funding. Look elsewhere.Review from Adriana R

The process with ****** was very seamless, he was always very transparent during the entire process. He was very interested in building a relationship, and he did it very successfully. I would strongly any small business to deal directly with him.

Huge mistake - tell you that in order to do business have to have an original loan account to be considered for one of the other loans (SBA) and then after getting loan which they changed the payment terms as things were being completed but were its okay because we will roll everything together when its completed. Waited over 3 weeks - emailed them - oh we were waiting on this - then they say oh we can't do a SBA loan. Responded with they should have know that prior to saying you do offer SBA loans and I would of never done the original loan, my response from them........nothing, as expected. Then I get an email 2 weeks later asking if I'm satisfied so I forwarded by email I sent 9/20/23.Big Think Capital Inc. Response

Place is a scam, advertises that the requirements are 3 month 5k monthly revenue. Then blow your phone up, just to tell you that you qualify because need to be in business a year with 10k monthly.Big Think Capital Inc. Response

BEWARE Big think sells your contact info to 3rd party lending companies that will harass you for MONTHS. I receive no fewer than 8 phone calls a day, 10 E-Mails and 4-8 text messages a day consistently over the last 4 months. I ask these companies to remove them from their list with no success. If I was in the situation of needing short term funding for my Business this company "or it's predatory ****************** would be at the bottom of my list. Their privacy policy states that submitting your contact information to them that you are agreeing to have that information shared unless you opt-out. That process is not easy either so if you work with them have them opt you out before agreeing to funding as they have way less interest talking to after unless you want additional funding.Big Think Capital Inc. Completely honest and transparent. I was not eligible for funding. The gentleman I worked with was understanding of my apprehension towards a certain lending product (which I would have been eligible for) and did not make an effort to be a pushy salesman. In the event my needs change in the future, I will have 0 hesitation contacting them.Big Think Capital Inc. Response
