I am carrier and this is worst ************** to haul freight, i booked a load with and made the delivery more than 45 days ago and this is time they have not pay me yet. They send a Money Transfer code and is still not working and when you call them there is always an excuse. Sameer and *. ****** are the person that we talked to but it looks like they do not care to pay us. Another thing, the freight was for $500.00 and when he sent me Money Transfer code (which is not working) they V. PATHEK CHARGE US $20.00 because they do not do direct deposit not factory. Please stay away from this company. Complete SCAM. I submitted all requested documents form them but they do not care to pay you.Review from Linda M

I hauled a load with ALG a month ago and I have still not gotten payment. I have contacted them multiple times, *** sent emails, they keep saying that I will be getting it soon. DO NOT use this broker, they are a complete scam.American Logistics Group Inc. Response

This is the worst company ever, *************************** will lie to you and send you to pick up a load for him and then you get there and he had already double brokered the load. He will lie to you the entire time until the load finally gets picked and then tell you it was already picked up. Do not use this company they are terrible.American Logistics Group Inc. Response

This company thinks youre supposed to be sitting by the phone for all of their verification calls. Weve already verified the information in order to get the load now you want us to verify again to get payment. The loads were supposed to be paid via quick pay. 30 days later still no payment and now they want to offer efs at ***** percent. What a rip off. Do not haul.American Logistics Group Inc. Response

ALG is the best when looking for a company to pick up your freight in a timely and cost effective fashion. I deal with ******************* and she is always hands on working tirelessly to ensure shipments are picked up by reliable drivers on time and always meeting the target rate I have imposed. I wish I had met **** years prior to avoid previous problems and I would have saved a tremendous amount of money. Well at least I have found her and ALG now and I look forward to work with her and the company on many more shipments.American Logistics Group Inc. Response

I definitely should have checked BBB before acceptingfreight form this company. We did 2 loads for them back in October of 2023 and they still haven't paid us. When i call to try and get someone on the phone, the person in charge of payments just gives me the run around. And then transfers me to dead #s. And when i ask to speak to a manager, the guy gets on the phone and says get to the point im busy." so i match his energy and he gets mad and hangs up. ***** and sameer are they people i have been talking to. do not deal with this company at all.
