Best company to deal with. Especially ******* *****. He is a great communicator. Returns every call tells you upfront what os needed snd what yo expect.

I was in the market to refinance one of my properties. I had talked with this company a few months back and they couldnt do much for me. Recently I was contacted be ********** ******. I told her that I had spoken with someone in the past. She claims she looked up my file and nothing could be done due to late payments. *** never had a late payment on my mortgages. She also told me that only my current lender could help. Well I am now closing with a different lender. Not my current lender. I dont know where she came up with the late payments. Not true. Does this company know what they are doing?

My experience obtaining a mortgage through Reliance First Capital, LLC was seamless from the first call to the final approval. ******* found the exact loan I needed and helped me get it funded quickly!

They did a good job with keeping us updated. They told us all of our options. The thing that bothered me was they asked for payoff balances, but then took 2 months before it was approved. The payouts were short by about 4000.00 dollars. So we still had payments that were not completed.

We had given up on refinancing our home, we had been working with a young man from Reliance First Capital and he just couldnt make it work. One day I received an email from ******* J. ********* from Reliance it simply said lets talk I gave him a call and he explained to my husband and I how he could help us. From that day until our closing ******* was there for us. If I left him a message, text or email he contacted me immediately. Even while he was relocating from ******** to the ***** area he gave me contact information for one of his colleagues just in case we had questions. While ******* was dealing with issues from the Hurricane a Seniors Loan Processor called me to get the final documents needed to complete our loan. Reliance never missed a beat. ******* is a good listener, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. He made this transaction painless.

******* ***** was the agent who handled my loan application information and he was spot on with everything -- especially with answering all my questions and dispensing whatever information I needed to consider using his company to close my loan. Although I didn't qualify, his advice and interest in my financial situation never wavered. I was able to secure close to what I need from another lending institution after following his advice on how to improve my credit rating. I can't thank him enough for his assistance ... it was actually a real pleasure to work with *******.
