  I went to her office for surgery clearance. Her office is dishonest. I called to make sure that they take Ghi. I asked if there are any other charges or just doctors copay. While there she convinced me to do blood work in the office. I made sure to ask if they copay would be the same as quest diagnostics. I was told its a regular lab. No extra charges. Then 6 months later they claim they are part of a hospital and charged a facility fee. Even though no information was given to me about this. I also go to another doctor in the same building one floor down and there isnt a clinic visit charge. No one at the front desk is aware of it being a clinic. They dont provide any paperwork stating they are a clinic. They dont have any signs with that information.I called for 3 weeks and no office manager would cal back. I called patient relations and they dont return calls. They say they will investigate and get backed to you in 6 - 30 business days and dont do that. If you ask for a manager they dont return calls. I am still waiting for a call back its been one month. I have no problem paying doctor ***** of $30 and paying lab copay of $20 but wont pay the $15 clinic visit bec I wasnt informed before hand and could have gone somewhere else. Other *** Langone hematologist dont have clinic charges so if she wants to charge that they have to inform the patients in writing or verbally.
