            I purchased a Snugpak sleeping bag from their Amazon online store. They sent me a cheap T Shirt instead of the sleeping bag that ordered. They agreed to a return but said I must pay the return shipping , even when the error was their fault. The item was only $41 , but the return shipping cost was $25. I want full refund including shipping .

            On January 29, 2023 I placed an order for socks from their online Amazon listing. What I received did not match the listing, so it is false advertising. I contacted the company, and ********************* (**'s manager who supposedly could resolve the issue) was only willing to refund 50% of my money. Since I did not get the item I purchased, and it is entirely the company's fault, I would like a 100% refund so I can buy the correct item, given that I've been lied to by this company.It's also taken tons of phone calls to resolve. ** keeps trying to put me off, and it's just wasting a ton of my time at this point over some socks. I just want a refund. I don't like when companies take advantage of consumers.

            On 5/18 22 an order was placed for 3 shirts and 1 shirt was too large and returned via a label provided by NY Lingerie the cost of the shirt was $10.00.The merchandise was received by NY Lingerie on 6/11/22 and I am still waiting for a credit to up on my credit card.I have sent several emails which have gone unanswered.
