    I ordered y son a bag for his birthday 01/09/2022. I listed his e-mail, phone address so he could track it. It never arrived. When he contacted Leather Bag Gallery he was told it was delivered and to "look harder". No tracking information or delivery receipt was offered, only nonsense answers like "look harder".

    On 12/1/2022 I purchased a leather bag from Leather Bags Gallery. I received the bag in a timely manner, but it looked nothing like the photo. The same day I received the bag, 12/7/2022, I sent the company an email stating the bag looks nothing like the photo, it had an awful smell, and didn't appear to be real leather. I provided photos of the bag purchased, as well as the bag received. They were clearly different. On 12/10/2022 I received a follow up email from ****, stating he has sorry and they can send out a replacement or exchange. I asked if I did receive a replacement if they could assure me it would look like the photo. They stated it could not. I agreed to try a replacement bag and accepted the offer. I asked if I would be charged again for the bag and received no response. I followed up again on 12/12,12/13,12/16, and 12/21. I have not received a new bag, nor a refund for my purchase. I would like a full refund.

    On August 22 I received my backpack order # ***** with a magnet buckle that was broken. I paid $189.99 for the bag. I immediately contacted the company by email to send a replacement buckle. They responded one would be sent. I have since sent five requests and now there is no response. I would like to return the bag now as I cannot use one that does not close and the company will not respond to my emails.

    On May 28th I ordered and received a brief case the strap is missing a rivet in the leather I immediately sent pictures in my email to them I have been contacted by email by a **** at least a dozen times with every excuse in the book !!! I want my strap replaced

    I am in ************** at *************************** I orded and paid for a backpack and was sent something totally different and I emailed a guy by the name of **** last name unknown and I was finally sent a return ground label with no tracking number here is me sending the wrong bag back on May 5th 2022 but **** who keeps sending me emails keeps telling me they have not received my bag and I a a struggling student trying to do something positive by being in the medical EKG program at LMC and I really need my money back so I can purchase a computer backpack
