    If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.I stayed here recently, and it was the worst hotel experience of my life. I arrived on my birthday with a pregnant friend and my partner after a long, exhausting drive through snow and rain. We were already tired and stressed, but what we encountered at this hotel made everything 10 times worse.First, the room we were assigned smelled like something had been rotting there for days. The stench was unbearable, and my pregnant friend immediately vomited because of it. When I politely asked the front desk to let us check another room before switching, the staff ignored my request and decided to switch our room anyway.This unnecessary switch caused us hours of delay, and we didnt get settled until 8:30 PM, even though we arrived at 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, the front desk staff (*****) was rude, condescending, and outright demeaning. She laughed in my face multiple times, ignored my concerns, and made everything as difficult as possible.When we tried to access the new room, the keys didnt work, and she refused to help my partner fix it, insisting that only I, as the reservation holder, could resolve the issue. This was despite her changing the room without my consent in the first place! Then she demanded a physical ID, even though I had already checked in and had provided a notarized copy, which was accepted earlier.The manager was no better. Instead of resolving the issue, they threatened to cancel my reservation entirely, leaving usme, my pregnant friend, and my partnerstranded after a long day of travel.This experience was beyond stressful. It ruined what should have been a relaxing trip, and I ended up needing medical attention due to the anxiety and distress they caused me. My friend, who is pregnant, was also deeply affected by the rudeness, delays, and sheer lack of basic hospitality.This hotel has the rudest, most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered.

    I've had the same issue that the other reviewers have expressed and no resolution. I stayed there 8/7-8/10 and sent FIVE emails and made 8 calls regarding them overcharging me and to no avail. On top of that their policy clearly states that if you use a debit card that a 3% processing fee will not be applied but they still charge it. They are are unprofessional, understaffed, the resort is overpriced and I would NEVER go there again. I have put in a dispute with my bank.

    They overcharge you, and do not return calls or emails when you try to rectify it. After a week of no one calling me or emailing me about wa double charge i was forced to fight the charge through the credit card company. Horrible customer service.

    We stayed there 4/8-4/10. We ate at ******* 4/8 for dinner $119.76 and ate at eats eats eats 4/9 dinner $121.34. I got 3 extra charges on my card and didnt even ate at bixbys 2x??? And another one at harveys!! Please do not come here if you want extra charges on your debit card!!

    Place overbooks and understaffed. They had guest waiting 3+ hours to get a reserved room. Front desk manager was rude and unapproachable.
