He punched a hole in my bathroom cceiling instead of calling an accredited roofer. To replace the ceiling, he used the cheapest boards, cut them one to two inches unevenly, and they didn't even reach the molding. When I insisted he put decent molding in he replaced it and did not miter the corners, they don't even reach one another. Completely unprofessional, shoddy workmanship. The people that I had to work with were fantastic this furnace replacement Was In the coldest days they brought in heaters When I asked a question they were very helpful I would recommend them also very knowledgeable and price is right Job well doneReview from Deanna R

We recently had D.H. Berry install Central Air in our home and we are very happy with results with this company. Doug B**** was very informative with us in our 1st meeting with him during our estimate, he explained the day to day work load and the products that were gonna be used. Steve and Eric the installers were extremely knowedgeable in there jobs and cleaned up each day they were at our home. Overall a great decision to hire this great company for us and would highly recommend them !!Review from Betty S. S

I had a great experience starting with Doug Berry to the two service people installing my furnace, hot water heater and insulating the wall joists, etc. They all were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They were easy to deal with on all levels. They did not mind and answered easily any questions I had before, during and at the finish of installation. I can tell a difference in my house already. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.Review from Patricia G

DH Berry installed a new furnace, A/C, and tankless water heater. Workers were excellent in terms of expertise, cleanliness, and professionalism. Unlike other companies who provided estimates, DH Berry took the time to introduce me to and complete all the paperwork for the NY Clean Energy programs, which provided discounts, rebates, and additional benefits, such as insulation and weatherstripping. Great communication throughout. I highly recommend them.
