This has since been changed to Wall's Ford of Nelliston and still bad. I went in looking to see options for trade in because yet again for the 2nd year in a row, my truck is broke on a part they've fixed before. I found a car i liked, the advertised price was 28,9000, did my research, its only work 25k tops. they said I was right, would adjust the price and in doing so would not give me new tires that i requested. fine, I'm ok with just having to pay for tires. I signed the credit app on the same day its listed for 28.900 and by the time the day comes around to sign papers, all of a sudden this car is now 33k and you can't find any pricing on their website? the finance guy would not budge on the price, claiming he spent only 600 dollars less than what he is charging me for it, said I probably wasn't putting in the right things into KBB for that car, so i did it again in front of him and was told yeah the most we can do is maybe 40 bucks different that what its at. i can get a brand new one, 2022 for 33k. i have screenshots of the price of the car, the value on kbb, and have found dozens of other dealers with the same exact car, specs and all for the kbb value. the special package this car has he claims is $2k is advertised for no extra cost anywhere else. in fact it come as the standard package for the 2022 models. how is it legal to lead me on thinking i got the deal at 25k$ only to have them be switching pricing around under the table??! Do your research on kbb folks and stay far away from this place. lets hope they can actually fix my truck this time its in their shop.

Bought a great car from them but the only positive is that I got the car I wanted. Their customer service SUCKS. The seatbelt mechanism needed to be replaced and I was told that it would be taken care of before I took owner of the car; when I came to pick it up- it wasn’t fixed yet, but no one bothered to call me ahead of time and tell me that even though they knew I live over an hour a way. The manager Mike PROMISED me a full tank of gas for my inconvenience and we made an appointment for that service to be done a week later and when I made yet another trip out there to get this done, I was told they had ordered the wrong part and I would have to come back yet again. When they put gas in my car, I got in it and drove away only to my surprise did I realize that they only gave me a half a tank. That’s quite a stunt you pulled.?? I will not be taking any more time off of work to drive an hour out there, nor will I waste any more time with this establishment. They are great to work with when they want to make a sale, but after that; their Integrity goes right out the window!!!! IDK if it’s because they got bought out and are going under new ownership soon so they just don’t care…. But poor Billy must be rolling over in his grave. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from a Fuscillo dealership and by far the worst experience ever.
