    Beginning in november I was getting treated for the All in 4 dental implants. They extracted all my teeth. I was told there would be very limited disturbance in everyday activities. they gave me temporary dentures which dont fit. I have not been able to eat a meal since november 26th. I called and they said it takes time. I called again and office was closed so a Dr in the rome NY office saw me. He said the dentures were wrong and needed to be re molded but his office could not do them the New Hartford office needs to. I went back there for the doctor to tell me they are right. I cant evenb wear them as i can not close my mouth when they are in. Now its over a month later and i still can not eat. I have called multiple times and the office does not return my phone call to make this right. so much for no life disturbances. Now i still cant eat anything but mashed potatoes for a month and a half. How long does this go on for? Just because they already charged the full over $16,000 from me, i can not get customer service. I need this process completed and finished along with a refund for personal damages for not eating. I have lost over 30 lbs now from starvation. Enough is enough.

    Upon receiving the complaint, the office that treated the patient will initiate an internal review of the
    issues raised. A team member from that office will then be reaching out directly to the patient to discuss
    the details of the complaint and work towards a mutually agreeable solution.
    We appreciate the Better Business Bureau's role in facilitating communication between consumers and

    situation and provide a positive outcome for the patient.

    On June 2, 2023 my husband had an appt. To have a tooth pulled. He was seen, put on antibiotics and told to return to have the tooth pulled. At check in time I was asked to pay up front $300 for this service. When seen by the dentist he decided not to do the service because of health reasons. They wanted a signed release from his doctor. At this point we left at which time I asked for my money back. I paid with my debit card and was told they couldn't void it. They would issue a credit that would take several days. After calls to the office, a personal visit to request the money, and a call to customer service for Aspen, I still have not received my refund. Being on social security this money is needed by us. I had the work done by another dentist, no issues and only charged $100.
