I sent my books as requested with the postage label they sent. My package got lost and not only am I out of my textbooks, I also didn’t get paid from them, no email nothing. If the label would have had insurance I would of gotten my money back. Please go somewhere else

Hi Thank you for your feedback. We purchase $100 of insurance on al UPS packages. If you send in through USPS we encourage you to purchase insurance as we clearly state upon check out. We are sorry the package got lost in transit. If you check the tracking on USPS it says only that a shipping label was created but never shipped. Tracking number ********************** Tracking number created December 13, 12:14pm. This means it was never even dropped off to the Post Office. That is not a Blue Rocket Books issue. Insurance only kicks in after the Post Office receives the package. We are sorry but without proof of even shipping the package Blue Rocket Books will not have any responsibility. We did advise the customer to go to the location where she dropped off package with the "proof" she had however we did not hear back. As a courtesy we will extend the quote for 30 more days if the package does arrive. Thank you Patrick AReview from Kay A

Used blue rocket books for my old college book of structure and functions of the body by Kevin P***** and the my experience with them was good. I mailed them the book with the packing slip and postage they provided and they paid me as promised. This is a legitimate company that quotes and pays for your old books. I bought 8 new textbooks at a local auction. Initially, I listed the books on my ebay store, attic-archaeology, to sell them independently, then I decided to contact several book resellers to see if there was interest. Most resellers limit their transactions to one book, but Blue Rocket agreed to accept all 8 with proof of legitimate ownership, and quoted me a price per book in "new" condition. Given some of the reviews here and elsewhere stating that they didn't pay, claiming books were illegal copies, or reduce the price claiming they weren't new, I decided to send half, evaluate the outcome, and send the other half if all went well. Given what I paid for the books, I felt that I could still make enough on the four I kept if they tried to rip me off, and if they accepted the first half they couldn't possibly claim the second half were illegal copies. It took about 10 days, but the stood by their agreement and I received payment for the first four books as quoted. I sent the second half and about 12 days later received payment again just as they promised. The total of the books was $640, no small sum. Based on my experience I believe they are operating above board and should be trusted. My only regret is that they didn't some of the other textbooks that I purchased because dealing with them was super easy.
