    They did not want me to get a ****** that was traded in looked at by a second mechanic. My mechanic found a leak from the engine but the engine was recently cleaned and detailed when Mazda had it in their care. They failed to report the leak to me for either negligence or bad faith. I told them how much the value of the car lessened and after negotiations fell through, they raised the price of the car by the lessened value. Essentially, if someone does their due diligence on inspecting the car, if they report what they find, Mazda would then agree to sell the car for what they originally intended towards me. This is fraudulent and I guarantee that if a buyer went in to inquire about the car and ask if there is anything wrong they will say that it was inspected by their mechanic and meets all safety requirements.

    Why if a 160 point inspection was done on a CX-5 and a certified mechanic passed car has one tire different from other three? This is a no no and a picture is taken of mechanic who passed vehicle! What's the deal?

    Amazing experience with the Sales department. Made purchasing a vehicle very easy. We completed everything and I never had to go in, they delivered it to my home! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

    Service was incredible! I brought my car in for its regular service and everyone was very friendly. My advisor was thorough in going over the car with me, and they even sent me a video while my car was in the shop. There was a nice area for me to sit and work while I waited and it felt like I was out of there in no time. Will definitely be back for my next service.

    Had a really bad day when my Mazda broke down on the side of the highway. Called Service and they were able to help me get it towed to them, fixed and back on the road in time to not ruin my vacation. You guys are the best!

    1. Hidden Dealer fee - if you ask phone, internet and sales person if there is any dealer fee, market adjustment fee and so on, they will claim "no". Even confirmed with ******************** Manager where he told me that I would only pay for the car + DMV + registration and so on. When it was time to talk to Finance Manager, he said that there was $1875 dealer fee + $175 doc prep fee.2. They will only run the credit with Mazda and offer ****% APR at 72 months which is ridiculously high. When I complained about, they ran with **** ***** which is known for having high rates. They refused the check with other banks like *********************** of America and so on.3. Refuse preapproved letter from major banks. Got preapproved for 2.5% APR with **** of America and they don't accept even though it doesn't say anything on their website. The sales person even has a "accepted bank list" on his desk which according to the finance manager was outdated.4. Waiting times are high - after getting car insured expect to wait another 2-5 hours until you get called over.Overall, run away from this place.
