    I brought my car in for inspection on 5/31/24 at 9am. I picked my car up there were scratches on the drivers side door. Inside there was black stains on the speakers on the doors and multiple scratches and dents on all the speakers.

    Early in July I noticed that my passenger side front tire had a flat. I called into the service department to schedule an appointment to get the tire replaced, and spoke w/ a representative by the name of ***. I explained to him that I would not be able to wait for it to be repaired and would have to bring it in on a day that a loaner car would be available for me. He began to unprofessionally question me as to why. After the unnecessary back and forth he led me to believe that he scheduled my vehicle to be serviced on 7/19/22 at 8 am, as well as for a loaner vehicle to be available for me on the same day. A day or two after that phone call, my sunroof stopped working. I called into the service department again to report that issue. I received emails both times after placing the calls. On 7/19/22 I arrived at 8 am, I was greeted and I explained that I was dropping off the vehicle and picking up my loaner. I was told to wait for my advisor by the name of ******** in the waiting area, which I did. I also mentioned to the advisor that I was interested in having the vehicle detailed. She proceeded to tell me that it could not be done on that date and scheduled me for a different date. After waiting an unusual amount of time and noticing that individuals whom came after me were being taken care of before me, I questioned the advisor as to what was the issue and why was it taking so long. I was repeatedly brushed off and was told that they were waiting on the approval from the tire insurance and or that the car was being worked on. After nearly sitting there for almost four hours, wasting my whole entire morning I requested a manager. The advisor then finally stated that she wasn't aware that I was supposed to get a loaner, and that they would check the records. The manager by the name of ****** explained to me that there were no loaners available and that only tire could be repaired. The sunroof and detailing would have to be addressed on a different date of 8/8/22.
