Horrible experience with this company - would never recommend in a million years. They re-did a garage roof for us 7 years ago and did a good job so we hired them to put a new roof on our house. Huge mistake. They were highly attentive during the sales process but pressured us on the timeline to do the work. We wanted to be at the house when they did the work, they insisted to do it on their timeline when we could not be there. They ended up trashing our property - nails everywhere, empty water and soda cans everywhere, wheel ****** and ladders not put away, plants destroyed, furniture moved on top of fragile plantings. When we called the ******* to complain, he became sarcastic and verbally aggressive with us. Same with the owner. (Have a look at the owner's responses to low rated reviews here, on yelp, and other sites to get a flavor of his approach to fixing problems - it's not pretty). The biggest issue we had with them is that the sales person told us that once the workers were on the roof, they would tell us in real time if there were any other issues to address. That did not happen. In fact, we would not have known anything but for a worker who actually came back to clean up the mess on our property who told us as an aside that ONE of our skylights could be a problem. When we raised this with the salesman and the owner, they tried to take advantage of us and told us we needed to replace ALL the skylights to a tune of $20K. They are crooks. The owner doesn't actually care about his customers or proactively resolving issues and problems. He just wants to fight. That will catch up to him and he won't have a business anymore. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

There is always 2 sides to every story. We have put in several ************** to ********************************** and unfortunately they are no longer being returned. As the owner I have never spoken with either ladies so I am confused on the comments made towards me. I make every effort to reach a client before responding to negative reviews, but unfortunately when there is no communication this is the only way. We do take all feedback *********** do care about our client's. After we were accused of damaging the property & leaving behind ******************** we were told by you it was the landscapers who did this so I do not know why you posted this. All of our equipment was taken off the property when we finished so nothing mentioned was ours. I'm not sure why then maybe the chair, *********** bottle could not have been from the landscape company as well. These are all minor things in which can be fixed or replaced, but such hateful words and attempts to hurt ones business is a little harder to mend. When removing a roof there is several tons of debris, nails, staples etc. and we always promise to come out if we miss anything. We did this and I believe we were there for about an hour. Most of this time was just looking at what you were upset about and listening with very little cleaning needed. Our work is dangerous and we risked our lives installing your roof. A good install and safety is always our first objective. It is not ok to yell at anyone, Man or Female. You speak of my wanting to fight and yet you verbally abused my manager and never apologized when you admitted you made a mistake on the above items you listed. Your phone call was recorded. We made several attempts to communicate, but you were unavailable due to meetings and your travels. You chose not to have your skylights replaced, which it clearly spelled out in your contract next to your signature. Once we started your roof we could not stop due to weather and the fact that all your skylights are custom sizes. So when we discovered all the rot we felt the best thing to do was get your roof on and discuss later since you were not available. You chose not to have them replaced and you have (9) skylights that are custom. That is a very reasonable price if you do your research. My question is how does your roof look? I think It came out great and we resolved your issue with your insurance company. There was a timeframe before your insurance would be canceled so this is why we put your project ahead. We did not rush. My question is why would you go to this extent and lose a good contractor vs. calmly meeting and resolving. You went on ******* *************************** and invested so much time reading other reviews and making these posts rather than asking to speak with me directly. I'm sorry if you think we run a bad business, but we think we are doing well. We have been in business for 25 years and our customers love us. We love them as well & we do so appreciate your business too. This is unnecessary and almost hateful. As discussed you need to change your skylights, please treat us with the respect that you would want to be treated with and know that you can call us whenever you need help. The work they did was excellent. It was a 50 year roof. Their clean up was excellent. They followed up with me to make sure I was content with everything. I would highly recommend this company!
