I bought an AC online on 6/29/24 and paid via ******. Realized I didn't need it and contacted the support team on 7/1/24 essentially asking for them to stop the shipment and refund the order. Got a response back the next day (7/2) saying they'd try and cancel the shipment. Fast forward. The shipment never came, so I thought great, it's been cancelled. I thought wrong, because I got a charge from ****** on 8/1. Contact their support via email, got nothing. Contacted them via chat, nothing. Finally reached out via IG, and they said they were waiting for me to confirm I got it? First off, I never did. Second off, why should I have to confirm? It's YOUR product and you have the shipping info. 8/5, got an email saying it's been cancelled and refunded. Thought awesome, we're done here. NOPE. 9/1 & 10/1 I got charged by ****** again for AN AC I NEVER GOT AND THOUGHT WAS REFUNDED. I've since filed a dispute with ******, providing evidence of all the above, as well as left a complaint with the BBB. ****** said that they wouldn't be charging me if it had actually been cancelled on your end. The company now owes me a refund of $300+ dollars.
