Hello,I submitted a claim 11/30/2024 for a windshield replacement. Claim #FR8E-JY56-INS.I have reached out to this company multiple times to see the status of this claim as it put me out $1200.00. I have only received automated email responses and have had 0 human interaction. I feel as if nothing is getting done and I wont be reimbursed. I filed a claim on 12/12/2024 because I had taken out the rental insurance on a rental car, and the windshield got a crack. I paid to have it fixed - out of pocket $500 and seeking reimbursement. The business does not have a phone number, and you received computer-generated emails - not from a real person. The chat session is unanswered. I have sent numerous emails, and there has been no response. I need this company to reimburse me for my claim for Booking Reference **************

I am writing as an extremely frustrated patron of rentalcover.com to express my deep dissatisfaction with the lack of engagement and support I have experienced during my recent interactions with your company. The heavy reliance on *********** without any opportunity for meaningful assistance from a real person, has made this process unnecessarily painful and inefficient.I am currently in need of specific supportive documentation related to my rental car claim. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter through your system, I have been met with automated responses that fail to address my issue or provide a clear resolution. This has turned what should be a straightforward process into an exhausting ordeal.I am requesting that a representative from your team personally reach out to the rental car company on my behalf to secure the necessary documentation. It is unacceptable that I, as a paying customer, have to endure such a frustrating experience without proper support. This situation has been a horrible experience, and I expect a remedy to be provided promptly. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and consider alternative options for my insurance needs in the future. Please respond to this email within [insert timeframe, e.g., ***** hours] with a clear plan of action to resolve my concerns. I hope this serves as an opportunity for your company to reflect on and improve its customer service practices.

I booked a rental car through priceline for July 31, 2024 thru August 6, 2024. I also purchased an Insurance policy for $ *****. The windshield was cracked and I filed a claim with RENTALCOVER.COM for the repair. RENTALCOVER.COM kept requesting more information which I didn't have. I tried to get the National Rental to directly contact RENTALCOVER.COM. The last email from RENTALCOVER.COM was on October 24, 2024. Now I am getting collection notices from ***************. RENTALCOVER.COM doesn't have a direct number to contact them. My claim number is *************.

I booked a car rental through Priceline. I added the insurance through Priceline. I ended up getting sick with COVID, so I had to cancel the car rental reservation a few days before. I cancelled it and received confirmation. I noticed that there was a separate charge of on my credit card of $36 for the car insurance through Rentalcover.com. (And it should have also only been for $18, since it was only a 24 hour rental.) I contacted Rentalcover.com several times to notify them that I had not been refunded for the insurance I never used, and I didn't hear back. They FINALLY responded to me days AFTER the reservation and told me they would not refund the $36 because I cancelled it AFTER the rental date. This is not true. I cancelled both the CAR and INSURANCE before the reservation, they just didn't see it until after. Even so, the car was NEVER used and therefore they do not have the right to charge a customer for insurance on a vehicle that was never rented. They refuse to refund my $36 that I desperately need to book another car through another company when I am better to travel. Please help me!

While I was travelling in ***********, I rented a van in ********* through Trip.Com. When I was filling up the car rental contract, RentalCover,Com was attached to my contract through Trip.Com. The Website of RentalCover.Com shows that the person who rented a vehicle would not pay any dollar for any accident to the rented car. And their website shows how to claim in detail. Yet this entity does not provide their email address or phone number to contact. I actually paid the initial insurance expense of $33.00 and repair expense of more than some $1,300 to the rental company. I need to request the reimbursement of these amount. Yet I could not find any contact email address or phone numbers even though their website recommends that I have to send all evidence of the expense incurred to me by the accident. The attached credit card statement shows rental fee and some US$960.00 eq. of repair fees. Actually I paid about $100.00 more to the rental company due to the repair cost adjustment.

I am a tourist from *********. I rented a car and purchased the damage waiver insurance on 2024 April 24 from Rental Cover. I purchased this insurance when I saw this advertisement on Priceline at the time I booked the car rental, as a rental cover partner with Priceline for its insurance advertisement. This insurance is for car rental protection from 05 May to 12 May, pick up at **********************, and return at ******************Because I already purchased the damage waiver insurance from Rental Cover, thus I denied the insurance proposal at the Thrifty rental counter. On 11 May 2024, I noticed the windshield has a crack and filed a claim on 5 June ******************************************The rental cover denied my claim saying I am not a USA citizen or resident, thus cannot process my claim. But when I purchased this insurance from Priceline when I booked the car rental. There is no information saying that a tourist (not *** resident) cannot purchase this insurance. I believe this my rental car is protected when I purchase this insurace, thus I denied the insurance proposal at the rental counter. Thus, this information as of advertisement is very misleading.I demand the rental cover insurance to process my claim related to the Thrifty car rental damage. The damage is a windshield crack. This damage is due to a flying stone hitting the windshield. As this is an accident, regardless of who is the driver, *** resident or from *********, this accident cannot be avoided. To the fairness of the insurance, this claim shall be processed.

It’s been months since I filed my claim with Rentalcover with no action taken on their part so I’m very skeptical.  Should they  fulfill their promise to issue a check then I will contact BBB and respond as such.
