This business falsely claimed they have drivers available to deliver. They are deceptive by using offshore and near shore contractors to appear as if they are in *****************. They are deceptive in their quoting practice as they provide you with a quote that is 50% less than market. Once you sign a contract, they then place the job up for bid by unknown drivers using pricing that will only attract desperate and last minute bidders. More often than not, no one bids for those prices which then results in the company coming up with excuses for delays, or just not communicating at all. In the end, they either change their story and say they cannot honor the quote or say there aren't drivers anymore, or they increase the price. The reality is this is a bait and switch scheme and they intentionally get you to agree to an unrealistic lower price fully intending to changing it later.Customer response

I retained this company to transport a car from *******, ***** to *****, ********. They gave me a price of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) and the vehicle was promised to be picked up on January 29, 2024. The vehicle was not picked up on January 29, 2024, but on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, and the price went up from eight hundred dollars ($800.00) to twelve hundred dollars ($1,200.00), with a delivery date of February 3, 2024. The delivery was not made until Tuesday, February 6, 2024. This is a classic case of bait and switch. I will also be filing a complaint with the ******** ************************** for further investigation.Business response

I had my car moved from VA to PA on 12/18/2023 by this company for $350. When they dropped my car off, it was damaged pretty badly at the front end. I sent them a photo of the damage and they said they would forward it to their safety department. I hadnt heard back from them yet and texted them and they didnt give me information about their insurance company and accused me of not having paid enough. The driver accused me of having done something wrong and blamed me for the damage. I was telling the person I did what he asked me to do but I didnt feel good and didnt know why he asked me to be behind the wheel of the car I had thought he would get it off the trailer himself. I paid 105 on credit and gave the driver 250 cash.Business response

This may be attributed to the potential misalignment of the truck's ramp by the driver, a practice that is unequivocally unacceptable. When I talked to the woman she tried to have it figured out without an insurance company and I dont know how much the damage will cost or if its totaled or not yet.
